The second single from fantastic album, 'The Spell', will be 'Hole In My Heart' coming to you on 22nd February. December 6, 200915 yr I think this is probably as good as 'DJ' so no real shame in being the second single. hopefully it will go top 20 here and outpeak 'the spell'. 'DJ'/'chess'/'heatwave' for 3rd single I hope.

January 5, 201015 yr I know what you mean Jonjo, sadly - the love has died a little bit :( I can't see this song struggling the top 40 unless it gets heavy radio support, and even so it won't go top 20. The Spell got boring INSANELY quickly, and this song just isn't strong enough to be a hit, although like I said - the remix by The Sound of Arrows is :wub: but certainly not a smash hit another anthem like Fascination is what's needed, they feel like a completely different band this era - not a bad thing, just not the band I fell in love with two years back
January 5, 201015 yr OMG :wub: :wub: :wub: Love the video, reminds me of an Aqua video from the 90s - and I mean that as a massive complement :wub: I do know what y're both saying. I know that they seem very different now, but I'm pretty sure there will be bonus tracks for the UK album :cheer:
January 6, 201015 yr this is the first Alpahbeat single i don't care for :( The Spell was better (although i do agree it got kind of old fast) and if that barely made top 20 im afraid to think where this will end up, not the best song to release the album off the back of. I hope it becomes a grower.

I hope it becomes a grower. they should have gone for DJ or Chess, both would have flopped but at least they're better songs! there aren't any smashes on this album :(
January 6, 201015 yr Yeap, like the rest of you, so over them. Shame aswell, they were one of my favourite new artists of 2008 and they're second album has just been a letdown imo. The Spell was good for a week or two, but really had nothing on most of the songs on the first album. And really, if the fans have no interest in this single, what hope is there that other people will.
January 6, 201015 yr I dont think this song is as catchy or as strong as "the spell". It doesnt seem to go anywhere. I think this may struggle to do well and the video is a bit naff.
