December 8, 200915 yr If true, I see Stacey has been given this year's equivalent of Jason Donovan, and hey presto she becomes third favourite to win.
December 8, 200915 yr I wouldn't say that exactly. Michael Buble has fans, his albums sold over 250k (??) already! Not coming off the back of a reality TV Programme win(?)
December 8, 200915 yr Rob's people must be greasing someone's palms ... how come he gets to perform twice in one series? They really are trying to push his album to try and get it to the million mark in the UK. And I thought they were going to get Madonna on? Norma Edited December 8, 200915 yr by Norma_Snockers

Jason Donovan finished 3rd in I'm A Celebrity in 2006 behind winner Matt Willis & runner up Myleene Klass. He did not appear on X-Factor until 2007.

Norma I hope it is more a case that Paul McCartney saw sense at the end of last week (after very negative feedback to the news on his appearance on the show on his own website) and has pulled out giving Simon short notice to find an available and credible replacement. Considering it was reported that both Gary Barlow and Robbie Williams backstage at the Royal Albert Hall CIN gig that encouraged him to perform on the show, I will be having words in both forums if he still does perform, as I will not be a happy bunny for Paul turning into a two-faced hypocrite, instantly losing hard earned credibility to be laughed at by N-Dubz/Westlife loving teenagers wondering who this geriatric tortoise with the stupid dyed hair is and giving it to Simon Cowell in one foul swoop......

I'm actually looking forward to Rob performing. I hope he does his goggle-eyed/bandy legged trick again! And it'll be doubled with Olly - two 'cheeky chappies' on the same bill doing a duet! Oh if only Jonathon Wilkes could join them ... they could do a 'three stooges' act! Norma
December 8, 200915 yr Robbie's not that bad Norma!!! I'd much prefer to watch Robbie Williams perform than Gary Barlow.. I have a suspicion that Stacey may perform with Bette Midler! She's been around on a lot of TV shows in the last couple of weeks, I think she must be promoting in the UK?
December 8, 200915 yr Robbie's not that bad Norma!!! I'd much prefer to watch Robbie Williams perform than Gary Barlow.. Maybe. But I'd rather hear Gary sing than Robbie sing. Rob should really have cut out the ciggies by now. He didn't have a great voice to begin with ... but he's ruining the little vocal ability he has with all the tar! Besides ... as bad as Gary dances ... he looks like Fred Astair next to Rob. And where the hell did Rob develop those bandy legs from? I mean ... from the neck up he looks ok! Norma
December 8, 200915 yr It's funny how the final guests are going to be the least exciting. Would've thought they'd pull out some amazing ones, obviously not. Michael, Robbie & George do nothing for me. George is probably the biggest one I suppose but still looks like it's not going to be the most exciting of finals. :( It's not really fair how the guests thing is pretty much the deciding factor for who will win as well, I reckon that's what did it with Leon/Kylie and Alexandra/Beyonce over the other fairly dull guests they had.
December 8, 200915 yr It's funny how the final guests are going to be the least exciting. Would've thought they'd pull out some amazing ones, obviously not. I agree with that! And I agree ... the only one I'm intrigued by is George Michael. Having Rob and Bubble on ... to me suggests that Cowell has already blown his budget and has had to get beefburger from the grill instead of the fillet steak he ordered. It is good news for Olly though ... as if the duet with Rob is true ... he'll get all the sad old middle aged women who love Rob voting for him!  Norma Edited December 8, 200915 yr by Norma_Snockers

Buble's successful sure, but he's not really got the star power draw of the likes of Robbie or George. He's not a talking point or headline-grabber in the same way that the others are.
December 8, 200915 yr Buble's successful sure, but he's not really got the star power draw of the likes of Robbie or George. He's not a talking point or headline-grabber in the same way that the others are. I agree. If Stacey is landed with Buble as her duet then I think she will be a nailed near cert to a third place finish as Cowell fixes it against a female act winning. Hell, she'd be better off doing a duet with her X-Factor mentor Dannii to gain more votes.

Hell, she'd be better off doing a duet with her X-Factor mentor Dannii to gain more votes. Certainly, I think a Stacey/Dannii duet really WOULD provide that much-needed attention-grabber - Dannii having never performed on the X Factor herself before. The fact that Buble's already appeared this series is another minus point - there's no mystery about what he'll be like - we know we'll get a solid but unremarkable performance from him. George Michael provides an unknown factor.

December 8, 200915 yr Can't the same be said for google-eyes? Norma To an extent - but Robbie is still more unpredictable, has a larger fanbase, is a tabloid favourite, and puts on more of a show.
December 8, 200915 yr Buble's successful sure, but he's not really got the star power draw of the likes of Robbie or George. He's not a talking point or headline-grabber in the same way that the others are.Yeah, I suppose. Oh and sorry TiP, I had it in my mind Jason won/came 2nd and thought it was closer to that XFF :o
December 8, 200915 yr Can't the same be said for google-eyes? Norma Yes, but at least it is entertaining. Besides he did used to be a great singer back in the day ..... pbwS9qcpi0k
December 9, 200915 yr Besides he did used to be a great singer back in the day ..... pbwS9qcpi0k  The likeness is truly uncanny!  Maybe Rob can wear that flat-cap he is seen in sometimes - but instead of wearing it on his head - wringing it out like this cheeky chappie does to great effect! Norma
December 9, 200915 yr Please not George Michael or Beyonce :( Rhianna & Alicia Keys just showed how crap Beyonce is Edited December 9, 200915 yr by Euro Music
December 9, 200915 yr How the hell did you figure that one out? Beyonce's performances last year were fantastic....your clearly only critisizing her because she's Beyonce and you have some hatred towards her.
