It's really impressive how this has managed to turn the era around for her, with most acts like her whose albums get off to such a shaky start as hers did, they very rarely get saved. She's got really lucky with this, and it looks like a new peak for the album and possibly inside the top 10 too!

'Rude Boy' will almost certainly be number 1 on iTunes come Saturday morning I reckon! She's gaining on Tinie quite fast, to say he's also gaining.

Rude Boy will be Playing in all the Clubs the weekend so hopefully it can go to number 1

I don't understand everyone's shock at this being successful. I knew it would be from the first day I heard it, it has an organic catchyness that stays in your mind.

I think this is her best song since Umbrella. And THAT is saying something.

Hmm ... I don't know if it's as good as Disturbia but other than that, I agree with you.

Her best song is Don't Stop The Music, then Unfaithful, then Russian Roulette, then Disturbia, then Rude Boy.

I think 'Hard' is her best song by far, followed by 'Russian Roulette' and 'Umbrella'.

On the subject of 'Rude Boy', it currently sits at #2 in the midweeks, 5k behind Tinie. It's looking unlikely she'll be #1 this week, I'm hoping she'll be able to do it next week but I'm unsure...still, should be a big selling #2 if it never does reach the top spot. Plus, it's done wonders for the album!
