It's called promotion, what are they supposed to do, not release the songs because people might download it from the exposure? Get a grip. You could argue people download like zombies when they hear something played on the radio, see a video on a music channel etc.

Okay, I know it's like, a nothingth of a bar, but check with your mouse, it definitely fell a very small amount between 5:39 and 7:23.

I can see Glee/Dont Stop Believing overtaking Fireflies at this rate.Maybe someone should put up a list of all forthcoming songs that will be featuring in Glee so we will know what the Top 5 will look like until Season 1 finishes.

I really cannot see any further Glee entries doing as well as DSB. They may well have a fair few more top 20/30/40 hits, but they won't lick the top ten with any other song.

I don't think Glee will have THIS much effect every week. Only this week and the last episode I reckon. The next few weeks, the highest they'll get is probably Top 30? The next top 10 Glee Cast song will be 'My Life Would Suck Without You' either way :P That's not until Episode 13 (The final episode of the first half of Season 1...)

I hope 'Maybe This Time' by Kristin Chenoweth goes quite high. She's guest starring in episode 5, and I'm really looking forward to it. She does a fantastic version :wub:

Depends on what viewing figures are like. 1.3m watched it last night, if it's a true word of mouth success and they increase then they could sell more. I also doubt everyone who watched it knows you can actually buy the songs off it too..

Loads of people were saying it's brilliant at college today. I should imagine they'll bump it to C4 if viewing figures ris to above 3mill.

Glee will be premiering on Channel 4 on Sunday at 5:35pm, repeating both episodes shown last night, and will continue to be shown on Sunday evenings.
