So the oft-forgotten X Factor winner is back with a new single from his third album, due March. 'Tonight' is a duet with Heidi Range of Sugababes fame :heehee: Could be interesting...

I'm actually quite looking forward to this :( He has quite a few decent songs and Heidi added to this makes me even more interested.

Wow wow wow. Seriously waiting for this. We've just recently been discussing the disappearance of Shayne and now here he is. Heidi is the only person that makes me listen to stuff Sugababes 4.0 sing (but it's not enough for liking) so i am quite excited about this song. It's going to be great anyway.

Because poor Heidi is the only one of all the Sugababes that hasn't done anything solo! :lol:

 

She may be the weakest live singer of the Sugababes now, but her record voice is probably my favourite of the current three. I'm looking forward to this as well, Shayne hasn't been the luckiest of winners, he's actually good. (he probably suffered from his 'proper' album being worked on while SyCo were concentrating on making Leona's debut a success) I'd imagine this will bomb, but I'm really looking forward to this.

I guess her voice would suit a duet with Shayne moreso than Amelle's or Jade's (or Keisha's).

Their voices would maybe be a bit strong/harsh sounding in contrast to Heidi's more 'soft' voice and would probably not fit in so well with Shayne's voice.

I agree, Shayne should of got Keisha instead! :lol:

Heidi's voice is nothing special, her solos in all the SB songs bore me.

Looking forward to this. Always rather like Shayne, i've just felt he hasnt been given good enough material. They've picked the best Babe aswell. Most of the others may have better voices as such but Heidi's always been the most likeable one out of all six past and present Babes. Plus she's far and above my favourite <3.

He's still with SyCo. He was never dropped.

I hope this does well for him, i alway sthink he has been unfairly treated, both his album did quite well and there is no doubt he has a good voice, i really hope this gets promoted and goes top 5 for him.

I don't mind Shayne, he's actually pretty good. Not too excited about Heidi being on it but I look forward to hearing it :)

Shayne deserves a really well promoted single and album - he has a lot of potential to be really successful, but his career has been badly managed.
