Is anyone else slightly annoyed at how Susan Boyle has been snubbed completely? She had the biggest selling album of last year, and she's been snubbed for not being the norm :rolleyes:

 

I'm not a big fan of hers, but I think it's wrong.

LMAO, that's utterly laughable. So what if she has the biggest selling album that doesn't mean it was quality music does it? She was snubbed because it was a cheap unoriginal album full of covers, which the public fell for and brought through her sob story. The Brits would be laughed at if she won anything.

the brits always throw up a few odd noms and winners, im thinking we will have the same this year.

I don't quite understand though, in which category should SuBo be nominated in your opinion. The huge publicity served her well but... I don't think she should be nominated for any awards everyone who knows what her album is like and what an 'artist' she is would be annoyed. Tell me in which category you would nominate her though.

Perez Hilton was on Radio 1 earlier today and he apparently said Lady GaGa will be performing a song that she has never performed on TV before, at the BRIT Awards. So hopefully she'll perform Telephone...with a guest appearance by Beyoncé (even if it's her bit of the music video played on a screen!) :wub:

Will their be a phone vote tommorow where we have to vote for the top 5 in that category or are they doing it differently this year and has the winner already been decided

I think you can guarantee the BRITS panel will pick whom they want in the final five and they have probably picked the winner already as well.

I think that's untrue really. If Best Single were left up to the Brits Panel instead of a public vote ... do you seriously think Take That would have won for Patience and Shine? They've even bolloxed up Take That's chances of winning in this year's novelty category by putting forward perhaps one of their most embarrassing performances.

 

If JLS or Cheryl win Best Single ... its because their fans bothered their arses to pick up the phone and vote ... as it should be.

It would be good for Leona to win as she is the only act that has had any International success and has been treated shabbily by the BRITS over the years.I think it will be a cold day in hell before they award anything to an X-factor winner though.
