I think Hollywood could've been #1 but I think top 3 at least now. Have to wait and hear Nadine's before we predict where it'll chart.

The only songs there that have a CHANCE at #1 any more are Haiti Relief, Lady GaGa and maybe Jedward. (plus obviously Owl City)

Owl City will probably get #01 next week. Unless Jay-Z, Rihanna & Bono get there before.

I think Haiti Relief Single will be #01 for a good few weeks too, around 5 or so I'd guess. I hope it holds off John & Edward :puke2:.

Must say 2009 had been FAR better for #01's so far. I know we're only like three weeks in but it doesn't look too promising.

I think Owl has a fair chance at #1 for this week if Dave T was correct down at the Almost Sat charts. It'll be interesting to see if Stranded does get #1 - I heard it on the radio a couple hours ago, and it's actually better than I expected :o

I'm quite happy with 2010's #1s so far - Bad Romance is a good song, was a little old at the time it returned to #1 though. Replay is really good as well, I'm a bit surprised it's only peaked at #14 on my chart so far! Fireflies is absolutely AMAZING, and I'd hate it to miss #1, but Jay-Z/Bono/The Edge/Rihanna song is very good as well. And afaiw no-one's heard the Syco & Friends Haiti relief single, but I have a feeling it could be very good! Everybody Hurts is a brill song. One Shot could make #1, and it's really good, much much better and less cheesy than BA and EIL. Telephone I've only heard once, but it's pretty good, time to grow. Jedward's single, while awful, is good in a novelty way.

I hope that Owl City will get to #1 either this week or next week.

After that, I think that the Haiti Relief Single will be #1 for a few weeks.

The number ones for the next 9 weeks will go like this I think:

Owl City - Fireflies

Owl City - Fireflies

Haiti Relief Single – Everybody Hurts

Haiti Relief Single – Everybody Hurts

Haiti Relief Single – Everybody Hurts

Haiti Relief Single – Everybody Hurts

Kesha feat 3OH!3 - Blah Blah Blah

Lady Gaga feat Beyonce – Telephone

Lady Gaga feat Beyonce – Telephone

24/01/10 = Owl City - Fireflies (I reckon it'll have overtaken Iyaz weekly sales by tonight).

31/01/10 = Owl City - Fireflies

07/02/10 = Haiti Relief Single - Everybody Hurts

14/02/10 = Haiti Relief Single - Everybody Hurts

21/02/10 = Haiti Relief Single - Everybody Hurts

28/02/10 = Haiti Relief Single - Everybody Hurts

07/03/10 = Ke$ha feat. 3Oh!3 - Blah Blah Blah

14/03/10 = Ke$ha feat. 3Oh!3 - Blah Blah Blah

21/03/10 = Inna - Hot (really depends on how much UK radio support the track gets)

28/03/10 = Inna - Hot

Yeah, some suprises may be... Daisy Dares You, Sabrina Washington and Inna.

i thought Daisy would chart high at first, but now i'm not so sure, dunno why...

Daisy Dares You is obviously going to chart high...

You also said that about Girls Can't Catch. Don't jinx Daisy too!!! :o :( :P

 exactly, but i also predicted GCC would chart high...

Not being rude but kesha bla bla bla is rubbish the is no sense in the song.

When has a song not making sense stopped it from going to no. 1 in the UK charts in the past? There's plenty of chart toppers that fit that criteria. I don't think it's as good as 'TiK ToK' but it's already doing well in US, Australia, Canada and New Zealand so chances it will be a hit in the UK. I predicted #1 because the album hasn't been released yet so when 'Blah Blah Blah' is released to iTunes, it'll sell by the bucketload in its first week. If the album was already released in the UK I'd be less convinced. It'll have had video and airplay support too by then.
