Oh if we put it into perspective with some of the artists out there atm, she currently has minimal credibility. She is however probably one of the best UK female vocalists we've ever had. And that's not an exaggeration. And i was comparing her cred/talent to JLS'. Their album has got poor reviews whilst Overcome has had a mix of both - more positive though judging by reviews i've read.

 

Hopefully Alex will grow as a writer. Like Leona has.

Fair enough. I agree about the Syco thing but the fact Alex won a contest in which girls don't usually do well in against an idolised boyband proves her qualities.
