Why is the top 1000 not working? It only shows 200, same with the top 300.

How do you even get it to show you more than the top 100?

i take it a radio edit of hollywood will be released tomorrow then?pretty embarressing to see an original and beautifully written piece of pop music (marina)so far behind a 20 year old re-release novelty version sang poorly by jedward but i suppose the uk singles chart was never about quality more about hype so we will have to put up with these two being our no1 this week.

 

will blah by kesha be in the top 40 next week then due to the fact that the album is out next monday?

 

also, does anyone else here not think its a worry how big an affect that video airplay seems to have on the uk top 40 these days - songs by the 'beautiful' pop artists jump up 20 places once their video get premiered which is usually well before their release date!!eg rihanna, beyonce,jls and this week parachute by cheryl cole.it means if you can't affored a good video or dont flaunt your stuff in front of the camera you will find it hard getting airplay on mtv.

 

It isn't because the videos are high budget or the stars a beautiful, it is because they are artists who have huge followings and many fans. If people see their video, they will realise the song is out and download it. New artists don't have those powers. You mentioned Marina, she has a fantastic video, and is very attractive.

its a campaign to get Girls Aloud's Untouchable into the top 10 after it got to #11 last year

That Hollywood song is awful! Dissappointed that so many people seem to be buying it!

If anything, Lady GaGa's 'Telephone' deserves to go #1. It's one of the best songs I've heard this year! Is there a video for it yet?

Marina should so be higher than Jedward FFS. It was never gonna happen but it's a travesty to actually see it unfolding. :(

To name but a few, I'm surprised that Daisy's at no 1 in the Music vids I honestly thought it would make low top 10 now it looks like it could be at least top3 if not number 1.
