Great! Cue 2047 and a Ryan Tedder style ballad sung by Katie Waissel. I can barely contain my excitement!

No! :o I wasn't watching the adverts closely enough clearly! Germany's Cheryl Cole? Lena does appear to be everywhere...
I've been seeing this advert for weeks, and thinking it was Lena - but not wanting to post on here and make a fool of myself :kink:
Anyone else remember seeing this advert during Glee last night? :w00t:

Most likely thats the counter part to a Lena centric Opel ad where she finds him.

Yes, I saw this advert loads when I was watching the German 2011 selection shows where Lena's 'You Can't Stop Me' played. I've seen it twice on 4music today, just wish they'd still play her song in the background :D

Well, I've just had a read through this thread and it was funny to see that nbo-one really liked Satellite at all at the beginning, but it grew massively - exactly what happened to me (no pun intended :P). Sorry to pick on gooddelta (Rich I think - still getting used to names :)) but I found this rapid change in opinion quite funny :D

oh, only 6 songs :o nothing's convinced me that Germany will be top ten this year, but easily the best song here is 'Bee' by Lena - it's exactly the sort of music I love

riggght...Lena's weakest track and a 'pretty good' track from Jennifer picked for the final...hello bottom ten again Germany

I'm not exactly blown away by the album although it's very good in places. I said this would be the case! Yet I love Diana Vickers album, whose never had a top 3 hit in my singles chart :lol:

The best things on My Cassette Player are the three German final songs and the some of the covers - I'd rate the album as follows after two listens;

Satellite - 10/10 - #1 in my personal chart for 5 weeks so far - enough said.

Now that is a change in a opinion! I was exactly the same though :D Also I love the bit in bold ;)

:lol: These things happen! Since then I try not to be so rash and base things on the first listen. I wasn't overly taken by any of Moves Like Jagger, The A Team or On The Floor on the first listen either but they ended up as my top three of 2011! I'm not too proud to admit when my opinions have changed :P

In my defence, it was the first listen to the studio version that completely changed my opinion on Satellite!
