February 13, 201015 yr I never used to like her but Dignity was a great album! And the two new tracks on her Best Of were really good as well so I'll look forward to hearing what she comes up with next.
February 13, 201015 yr Im choosing not to believe this atm... I follow Hilarie Burton on Twitter who also stars in this and have not heard anything about the premiere... Nor does any OTH Fan blogs.

And the two new tracks on her Best Of were really good as well so I'll look forward to hearing what she comes up with next. I wasn't really a fan but Dignity was a brilliant pop album, it's the only thing I own by her at any rate... although I did like one or two other songs of hers aside from that.

I don't know anything about a premiere but she did say this. I read some quote from her that came with a source although I can't locate it now. About time anyway! Love the Duffster.

February 14, 201015 yr Is this like... a warning? we'll need one if this is true, so we are sure to plug up our ears to avoid any permanent damage :D
February 14, 201015 yr Yeah but that was not too long after the GH was released lol... It was THIS WEEK. Whatever Joao, nobody is forcing you to believe that Hilary Duff has hit the studio but it's hardly the sort of thing anybody would go out of their way to lie about.

February 14, 201015 yr Errm..yaya? In all seriousness she had some good songs along the way. Not many have aged well mind, but Stranger in particular was brilliant :)
February 15, 201015 yr I'm pretty sure she didn't make an album after Dignity. She just recorded some odds and ends for the GH.
August 13, 201014 yr After taking some time away from her music career to focus on acting, Hilary Duff has announced that she’s finally ready to start work on music again within the next few months. The 22-year-olds last album Dignity was released in 2007 and failed to match the commercial success of her previous efforts, but it did end up becoming a surprising hit with critics. Since then Hilary’s been busy filming a slew of independent films to try and prove to the world that she’s a ‘real’ actress, as well as making appearances on Gossip Girl, Law & Order and Ghost Whisperer to pay the bills. Currently now without a record deal after leaving Hollywood Records, Duff’s last foray into music was the song “Any Other Day” from the soundtrack to her film What Goes Up. The song was released independently and penned by Hil herself, following a more alternative-electronica sound which hadn’t really been heard from her during her stint at Hollywood Records. To say that this is the best news ever would probably be the biggest understatement in the history of the world. I still spin Dignity regularly to this day and it’s one of my favorite pop albums ever (just check out my gushing review here). Hil then knocked my socks off again with the release of “Any Other Day”, so I’m positive that her new album will be quality pop even if it isn’t a huge commercial success. Just found this from February which seems more reliable. She has also been seen going into the Studio since then so I'm guessing something is on the way? Also The Prophet Blog is searching for any info on her music career and some more info soon.
August 13, 201014 yr I also loved Dignity, such a solid pop record. As far as her other albums go, with the exception of the singles I only really liked 'The Getaway'
