As you can probably tell, it features Kardinal Offishall, will sample lyrics from 'Back To Life' by Soul II Soul and is produced by David Guetta. Sounding and looking hot, but you can't really tell yet. Can't wait to hear it all!

David Guetta needs to sod right off pronto. This sounds fucking horrific! Not that there's much chance of it raping the airwaves or anything mind you, it is Estelle.

With a bit of luck she'll be around for years to come, I love this girl far too much considering she only has two albums of material. I love them both, but I'm glad she's coming back with a more dance influenced sound, it suits her.

Sounds good. I'd forgotten it was time for a new Estell album tbh - her comeback back in 2008 was a suprise to say the least. She's had some great songs though, even if i did prefer the 2004 material to American Boy.

Ooh yes, it does sound quite a lot like that! It is rather infectious sounding, I'm hoping it comes together alright. Between the "I can be a freak", the Soul II Soul sample and the bits where she's singing, it's hard to tell whether this will be amazing or a mess.

I've been waiting, quite patiently, for this new one actually. I was hoping for it to be ready soon but I thought, knowing Estelle, we'd have to wait til late summer to hear anything new. :lol:

Ooh I'm not sure. I like the individual elements of it but, as a combination, it feels like it'll have to grow.

 

it's a bit of a mess :lol: it feels like parts of four different tracks pasted together with no particular cohesion, but I don't actually mind it all things considered, it's nice to see her do something a bit different!
