Why is it 'hilarious'?

Same time last week, Tinie pop bar was nearly the same than Rihanna's pop bar. Then it increased by about 70-80% on Monday only. If Justin does the same (and that's like basically every release), he could be very near the top of Itunes by tomorrow's night. Plus since he's got a promo tour lined up this week, I don't get how it is 'hilarious' to think it could potentially make it?
