LOL.

I love her really. The sales are awful for her, but she has everything else going for her so the problem clearly isn't her. All her critics picked up on the lyrical content, her effortless vocal performances throughout the album, etc. She just needs a label that understands an artist like her. She'd be a good indie artist. She needs to start utilising the Internet though - using her Myspace page more, getting on Twitter, etc to build her fanbase even more.

No, definetley not... I love them still tho :P
Did C&S seriosuly only sell 122k? I always thought they were much closer to the 200k mark than that :(

Of course it's not. But it's not THAT bad how lots of people describe it.

As for last summer it was sold by 200k (110k UK and 90k non-UK) worldwide, and those non-UK 90k are really profitable when we take into account that they had practically zero promotion outside the UK. They hadn't many costs inside UK too: both videos were on a pretty low budget; the production team didn't cost so much either especially given that the most of the album is co-written by the Babes; the massive promo was only for 'Girls'. And that's it. And 122k +~90k + pretty good sales of 'Girls' make the whole campaign profitable which counts the most after all.

They are on great losses on 'Sweet 7' album - yes, with retailers' revenue of only about 500k-550k pounds worldwide (including the singles sales). But C&S was profitable even it was a flop for Sugababes standarts.

And by those standards, it was a flop. By the standards of an established

act who's been around for years, it was a flop. Even the ladies themselves admitted it.

There's no shame in having a flop providing the material is good - and the material WAS good.

You have to admit to it, it was a flop album. Especially since all their previous albums apart from 'One Touch' had sold 500k+.

It was a flop. Mutya got dropped for only selling 100k.
