No but Wikipedia (i know, i know) says the video will premier on April 16th - so next Friday :o It sounds quite accurate tbh but i'd wait for a more reliable source.

 

The video was shot in London on 27th March so the editing etc should be done by the end of this week surely.

Yes it is a song from her last album, and it hasn't been confirmed as being released yet, but the music video is circulating on the music channels and the song is steadily moving up iTunes ^_^

I used to think "Ego" was the worst thing on the Beyoncé album by a long shot, but now I absolutely love it. I've found this seems to be the case with the whole album. I thought it was mostly rubbish at first, but now I love all the singles (including both versions of "Video Phone") and some of the album tracks.

 

I'm guessing they're releasing this as the single (over something like "Radio") because the Kanye version hasn't been available for as long as most of the other tracks, it'll push the Platinum Edition. The amount of singles they've released from this is crazy, it's not even had traditional re-release singles, as "Video Phone" and "Ego" were both available on the original album. She could have recorded a few extra songs and had bigger hits (like Rihanna with "Take A Bow" and "Disturbia") but her re-release has been much more low key.

It's Beyonce overload, I really can't take any more. Seriously, 48 singles from her album, shoehorning herself onto singles from GaGa and Alicia. I probably wouldn't mind if the song wasn't as horrific as 'Ego' either. :wacko:

The US market it far different to the UK one. Diva was directed at the US one considering it was only released there. Most of the GBP don't "get" Diva.
