For me, it's You Don't Know My Name. Amazing song and by far my favourite Alicia song. ^_^

Hugely torn between Fallin and No One but it has to be No One, probably the song that transformed me from a casual fan to a huge one :D

Easily No One for me.

"Fallin'", although "No One" is a very close second. Both songs are Alicia classics, so it's a tough call. "No One" has that soaring chorus, but "Fallin'" has one beautiful arrangement.
