Nothings officially confirmed, but when some fans asked Una she said that the next single would be new material, and when fans asked Vanessa on a Twitter Q&A session she said "well that would be telling". Who knows. They've adopted Karma as the theme tune for their flips however...

I never thought Jayne made particularly bad decisions with The Saturdays. Wordshaker coming out after one single was a bad idea, but it's not like they've learned from that mistake after dropping her, lol.

 

At the end of the day, she is the reason they even exist, I'm thankful for that!

The Sats have 7k+ for headlines.

Massive albums boost this week with #58 getting something like 11-12k! It's all in the previous page which I updated earlyer about sales and stuff. It may have only decreased by a few 100 sales this week.

 

"Commentary:

Huge boost in album sales this week so afterall Headlines may have not dropped that much in sales, perhaps only a few 100. No sales increase for either Headlines or Higher this week. The singles chart however has had a significant decrease in sales and after a 8-9k estimation for this week they may have only got 7k afterall too."

If it continues to only decrease by a few hundred, even into the year I reckon it will eventually reach 200,000. However, something is keeping me from truly believing in it.

Headlines 125K, Higher 209K according to someone on the "YTD" threads.

I expect headlines to do around 10-12k However they will be ok 150-170k by end of january.

Why would it be doing 10-12k this week? They've been loosing a couple of 100 sales ever since the re-issue a few weeks ago. Like we all keep saying, there wont be a massive sales increase unless they pluck out another single, or have some sort of sale on. And giving Fascinations' track record, something tells me a sale on what was originally a £6.99/£7.99 album (now £10+) wont happen. There was no real reason why they put the price up in the first place. They had recorded nothing new in a sence that would call for a price increase.

 

I do however expect it to keep selling like it is for a while. Album sales will most likely stay strong this week into the New Year where people will be buying music from their gift cards/cash etc.

I'd say 150K is the maximum this will get to. Anything more is a bonus considerig 'Higher' was released about 7 weeks ago.

The Fact It's Christmas, so many last minute shopping. I know a couple of people who have bought like 6 albums for their mates etc. Anyway Higher 62. Hope it charts around 53-55 so they dont drop a massive twenty places, pity they didin't have a little bit more promotion.. should reach around 225k sales though

But the fact is the Christmas effect has already kicked in though which is why we've seen these rising sales figures for a few weeks from 3k to 7k this month. It dropped 200 sales last week, and dropped 400 sales this week. There's no real reason why it will climb a massive amount now.

But the shops are 1000000times more busier now.. the cue in my local hmv was around the whole shop. Last minute xmas shopping. If it dosen't get 10k i think we'll see a sales increase.

There has been sales increases, but it won't get 10k, especially when it's looking likely to leave the top 75 this week.
