LOL! Indeed. I don't think it's as bad as it was during the couple of weeks in the run up to the shooting although frankly it's suffering from Carol's absence this week. She's really been carrying the show lately.

 

I do quite love the idea of Ben having big dreams of being a footballer just because he can smash a window with a ball, and Louise just peeking around the corners of corridors smirking for no apparent reason. I guess I'm quite enjoying everything actually because I laughed more at it last night than I have in ages, I was quite uncontrollable. I don't mind Fatboy. He's painful but at the same time I think it's pretty funny light relief. I do pity older viewers though who are sure to be wondering what the fuck a 'boomshackalacka' is.

It's amazing how the absence of one character (Carol) can make the show suffer so much. Although that's a lie... there's been no Stacey, no Beales and no Janine/Ryan either this week.

All of the 'street talk' Fatboy uses is more 1995 than 2010...didn't Shaggy used to say 'boomshackalcka' :lol:

ya it probbably did come from a shaggy song and funnily enough i have always hated Shaggy aswell.

That scene with Ronnie FLIPPING on the doctor in the club just now was brilliant. Love that bitch.

Syed and Christian storyline is very boring now.. They really need to move on from that.. I thought Amira was meant to find out at Christmas and its been dragged on for a further 4 months and probably longer now

 

 

Amira is leaving the show soon to pursue a music career.. She was talking about it at the Asian Music Awards last month so I'm guessing she has already left and is going to find out about Syed/Christian soon & Ronnie is apparently going to propose to Jack next week

Shocking it does not mention any of the E20 crew. But YAY for Adam leaving :D And Libby can just stay at Oxford. Slightly worried about Denise's future though - Chelsea/Libby gone - and I can't see Lucas getting away with the murders forever :o Maybe he could go nuts soon and kill off Liz/Chelsea/Libby/Adam in one go?!

I like Liz too but really her time was limited anyay so it doesn't seem like a big deal if she goes. Likewise Danny Mitchell - once it was clear he was scamming Roxy it seemed likely he'd be going.

 

I know Minty doesn't do much but I'd miss him in a strange way lol.

 

I wonder if Kat and Alfie's return might come about if it's a funeral for Charlie?

Meh. Charlie & Minty are likable enough characters but will of course be no real loss. Minty I feel has always rather been on limited time ever since Garry went and especially after Manda went. With Kat returning, I would have felt that would give Charlie more of a reason to not be axed if anything.

Libby, Danny & Adam I will be very glad to see the back of. Liz I like but again, she had no real future. Suprised Darren isnt mentioned though - with Libby supposedly going if takes away yet another character he interacts with.
