Posted April 10, 201015 yr The man who brought us the 'classics' Real To Me, Irish Son, Demons and Almost Here is back and doing as well as ever in his adopted homeland of Australia where he's still a massive star (riding on the coat tails of Delta's success there...) Just Say So, his new single is produced by and features Kevin Rudolf of all people, preceding his upcoming new album Wall Of Soundz (). Anyway, it's a bit electro, a bit dance, a bit R&B and nothing like any genre Brian McFadden should ever go near. Melodically, it has more than a passing resemblance to Rod Stewart's Baby Jane in the chours...Imagine Westlife going electro dance for their next album! :heehee: K5w4NDrAZAE It's actually nowhere near as bad as I expected it to be...
April 10, 201015 yr As I said in the shoutbox, I don't understand Brian McFadden. He left Westlife to make his own music - "rocky" stuff apparently - and now he's doing Americanised electro urban $h!t? It's OK but I can't see him having success over here with it.
April 10, 201015 yr Author Sadly as a Delta loon I have to put up with this horror of a man far too often - this is just for Silas - an UTTER cringefest of the highest order - it's Delta and Brian 'doing the mash potato' on their tour - nice hat/vest! :/ 4rJwkGMClGU
April 10, 201015 yr Aww Delta is so pretty and classy and talented. It looks like she's up there with her dad :( Did I read that right? "THEIR tour"?!?
April 10, 201015 yr Author Aww Delta is so pretty and classy and talented. It looks like she's up there with her dad :( Did I read that right? "THEIR tour"?!? Sorry that was my mistake  it's her tour - but of course he's ALWAYS the support act for her now, and gets up to sing Almost Here and some other contest ruining trash with her in every show :drama: If she ever tours here like she has promised I'll be prepared to arrive half an hour late to miss his inevitable support slot
April 11, 201015 yr Its certainly no worse that the stuff thats been at number 1 in the singles chart since Xmas. If he released it here under a different name it would proberly do alright.
April 11, 201015 yr WTF? Is this really Brian? Sounds nothing like him. But its quite good though
April 11, 201015 yr I really love this song and I like Brian. I think he's a great artist and this song is brilliant! I hope it gets a summer release here - cos I feel its gonna be my summer song of '10 (Along with Kylie's new single) The video is pretty cool as well: B5_zdu987d8 Edited April 11, 201015 yr by Knightr634
April 11, 201015 yr Quite catchy, will probably grow, and I quite like Kevin Rudolf. Just a shame that it's Brian's song :( And he has his own Vevo channel on YouTube :o Edited April 11, 201015 yr by bigzarafan
April 11, 201015 yr Author Aww Delta is so pretty and classy and talented. It looks like she's up there with her dad. Actually he looks great here, I think Delta was escorting him to a fancy dress party; http://www.aceshowbiz.com/images/wennpic/wenn2637609.jpg I'd be ashamed to be seen out with him wearing that (or ever) :kink:
April 11, 201015 yr I loved Almost Here. I don't get your hate for Brian - I quite like a lot of his music, maybe because my mum plays it a lot, it's drummed into me.
April 11, 201015 yr Author I loved Almost Here. I don't get your hate for Brian - I quite like a lot of his music, maybe because my mum plays it a lot, it's drummed into me. Almost Here was great, plus he co-wrote my second favourite song ever (Believe Again) and I didn't mind Irish Son plus this song is pretty good. It's him in general I dislike, not his music as such, he just majorly makes me cringe something chronic. Watching him on the Delta live DVD's, he makes a fool of himself on stage, tells dire unfunny jokes that the crowd don't even pretend to laugh at, wears terrible outfits (see above picture and posted video), takes the mick out of loads of things that make him come across as arrogant, big headed and a complete arse. The first moment I remember thinking  about him was when Westlife were on GMTV in 2000/2001 and he made a big scene in the studio during an interview about needing a glass to help himself to the table display jug of orange juice (which is literally only for display purposes, you don't see people helping themselves to the fruit on the table next to the sofa mid-interview ). Shane and the others carried on talking and he was just walking around in the background pouring out this jug of juice into a glass. I just thought he looked completely stupid and has done to me ever since

April 11, 201015 yr Author LMAO. That sounds so weird. I remember watching it live and being completely distracted from the interview just thinking how utterly foolish he looked  I don't have an irrational hate for him or anything, and I'm happy for the pair of them if they're in love (which they obviously are) but I'm repulsed by his personality and actually couldn't believe some of the stuff he was saying on the recent Delta tour DVD. I would post some of it up but it's not on Youtube
April 12, 201015 yr Brian and Delta's duet is up on youtube: Nijp5DPZ818 Will be avaliable on Itunes - worldwide on April 23rd! Edited April 12, 201015 yr by Knightr634
April 12, 201015 yr #1 on Australian iTunes? Oh no. I don't mind the song, but I don't want it knocking Train off #1 in the official charts
April 12, 201015 yr Not that i know of :( Apparently Take 40 website "accidently" leaked the songs - so now the person who originally put this up has privated the video - it will probably be back next friday when the album is released
