July 9, 200620 yr I think: 1. Lily Allen 2. Shakira 3. Razorlight 4. Nelly Furtado 5. Paolo Nutini though I've never actually heard the Paolo song  Lily's going to be number one! <_<
July 9, 200620 yr And don't forget guys the single chart starts practically straight away after the retro, with the album chart at the halfway point of the Top 40 singles chart. Unless the format has been changed again
July 9, 200620 yr I heard the Paulo song - its very James Bluntish. Let's just hope it doesnt have the same effect on the chart <_<
July 9, 200620 yr I heard the Paulo song - its very James Bluntish. Let's just hope it doesnt have the same effect on the chart <_< Yeah, I fear that too, though I do think it's better than anything Blunty's done. Also, James Morrison and Ray Lamontagne will be other male singer/songwriters troubling the top end of the charts in coming weeks. Both better the Paolo imo!
July 9, 200620 yr I love the James Morrison song shockingly tho not heard of the other one :o Anything to stop McFly getting #1 :puke:
July 9, 200620 yr 1 Shakira (being hopeful here) 2 Lily Allen 3 Razorlight 4 Paolo Nutini 5 Nelly Furtado Gaah...
July 9, 200620 yr I say ditto to Jester's predictions With Lily Allen fortunately slightly ahead of Shakira
July 9, 200620 yr Its bit annoying playing Bob Sinclair and Paolo now, when they get played again later  waste of time
July 9, 200620 yr Its bit annoying playing Bob Sinclair and Paolo now, when they get played again later  waste of time It's not as bad as when they played David Gray's "The One I Love" as the track off the number one album at about 5:00 and then played it again half an hour later as number 18(ish) on the singles chart
