By the way, After combining the popularity of 'Carry Out' & 'Watercolour', Timbaland & Justin Timberlake lead by 4%

Thanks- so they should overtake by the time I get back from college tomorrow, just as long as they dont stall and they could do it

Sorry about your wrist by the way ^_^

Yep, better than 'TiK ToK', 'Blah Blah Blah' & 'D**** Picture' IMO.

lol.

I'm not sure about Your Love is My Drug though. I certainly prefer it to Tik Tok, but I can't decide if I prefer it to Dirty Picture, Right Round or Blah Blah Blah.

And does anybody remember Your Love is My Drug's previous iTunes peak? Did it get into the top 40?

Just encase anybody cares, here's a Diana update:

Once (Single version) - #5

Once (Manhatten version) - #260

Jumping Into Rivers - #301

The Boy Who Murdered Love - #318

Four Leaf Clover - #354

Once (Album version) - #367

N.U.M.B - #440

Put It Back Together - #785

Notice - #786

Me & You - #920

Remake Me & You - #949

I can answer this for you - its not been announced as Leona's new single.

Her fans, however, would like it to be released and have organised a download week where all fans will download it, to coincide with her o2 arena tour dates.

It should be a single though! The thinking is that the management might see sense and actually go ahead and commission a video and give it a proper release, and/or Radio 1 play it on their chart show, get a good response, it has a compound effect on iTunes, and maybe even play-list it.

btw had the 3,000th #1 or whatever it was happened yet? i remember there being a thread about it but i don't remember if it's already happened or not?

About the wrist, thanks. Weird story, went to sleep; fine, woke up; Hurts like *blank* I hope Pendulum take over soon, they need to sort out this mess of a top 10 right now.

Yep, it was yesterday's edition, so; Good Times - Roll Deep.

Thank you. :) I think that was the highest peak of Ke$ha's non-singles, so it should do well.

I'm not a fan of Leona (I was overjoyed when Meet Me Halfway beat Happy) but I think the Leona thing is a great idea. I actually think fans should do this in general for all those amazing album tracks, which never get made into singles. Getting them to chart, and hence forcing Radio 1 to play them, to a large audience. Like if Dance in the Dark doesn't get released...

sounds good! a think it would do well....

they should really go ahead and release it and after her tour get right into the new album to have it out for christmas to gain big sales!

Cheers for explaining. :)

Yeah there's basically three reasons:

i) Gives her management/label a kick up the rear and make them realise the song's popularity and the fans' wishes.

ii) Celebrates her O2 arena tour dates by downloading one of her favourites on the album.

iii) Hopefully give it recognition with it charting in the top 40. Hopefully.

KieranG, i hope you'll join the Facebook and Twitter campaign. :)

I've not actually listened to this Leona song, but I can sympathize with her fans. Sometimes an artist you like has some amazing songs, but is dwindling in popularity, because nobody actually hears the amazing songs. It can be very frustrating.

Link for the campaign and i would be more than happy to join!

can't wait to see her in Glasgow!

Thanks a bunch. :)

And Eric Blob, i totally agree. People base Echo on what Happy was like (although i love Happy personally). Echo is the first album i've never skipped a track on. It's that good.

Why on earth is 'Jumping Into Rivers' the highest?

Possibly because people know it from the remix included on the CD single...? Although it's hardly a remix.

What were you doing while you were sleeping? :kink:
