Posted May 17, 201015 yr There's been two versions recorded of who wins the Regionals. They're obviously going to choose one. What do you think it is in your opinion? Let's get physical do some logical stuff...
May 17, 201015 yr I'm pretty sure Vocal Adrealine will win. 99% sure in fact. If New Directions win, it's basically the whole show finished. :P
May 17, 201015 yr I think New Directions because Figgins did say they'll be disbanded if they don't win regionals... Although nothing would stop them meeting out of school I guess, it would just mean they'd be nothing to do the school. Still think ND will win tbh
May 17, 201015 yr Well they'd move onto 'Nationals' if they won surely? But it makes a lot more sense for them to lose as it both prolongs the show and would make the next season far more interesting. I for one want them to shake things up a bit next year rather than have the same formula every week. I want them to win obvz but I think the ending where VA do will air. I hope the alternative one leaks though :o

May 17, 201015 yr They only have to place at Regionals, they don't have to win it. Surely you place at Regionals by default of taking part? They said placing at Sectionals when they clearly meant winning... I'm pretty certain New Directions will win. The prolonging will come from losing Nationals, I reckon.
May 18, 201015 yr Author I am quite certain they will win Regionals and lose Nationals as well! :o But in the next chance they will have to win the whole thing as it's kinda hmmm obvious that they will.
May 19, 201015 yr They only have to place at Regionals, they don't have to win it. Oh yeah, my mistake  I still think they will win. I think 'placing' means going top 3
June 3, 201015 yr Sorry Tyron, I was mistaken, Figgins said they have to place at Nationals, which means they will have to win Regionals. My mistake. I think either of these can happen; 1) They lose (I like the theory that VA and ND both lose to a random third team), the club is disbanded, but they manage to find a way to start Glee over again, giving them a second chance. Proper auditions are held again for everyone, which fits in with the rumour that Puck and Artie will no longer be in the Glee Club next season. Now with experience, and fresh determination, they will come back bigger and stronger, and will win Regionals. In Season Three they attend Nationals in New York, and Rachel must decide between a career in broadway, or to stay in Glee to compete in Nationals. The stakes would be raised with the best teams from around the country taking part. Ryan Murphy says they have material for three years, so this seems the logical process. 2) They win, and go to Nationals, and the stuff that would have happened in Season Three, happens next year. Also despite VA losing, they will be invited to Nationals as defending champions, which means Groff and Menzel can stick around next year, and also fits in with the fact they are planning on filming stuff in New York for Season Two. Next year they will lose, and start the process all over again, like Friday Night Lights. I also like the theory that VA win, but in fact, ND won but Sue refused to read out their name (or switches/meddles with it somehow). Someone comes across the actual card with the winning name on it (Jesse?) but doesn't tell anyone. ND logically should lose. They A) have lack of experience. They have never been to Regionals before. B ) Haven't got the technical skill that VA has, they have Artie in a wheelchair, and Quinn, who is about to pop. C) They only scapped through Sectionals by the skin of their teeth, because of the stupidity and bigotry of the judges. However, to fit in with the cynicism of the show, they should lose for a stupid reason, such as Sue's manipulation or something else equally unfair and ridiculous. I think ND should lose, but not for the reasons you state - the assignments and practices in the back nine episodes have all been fairly disjointed, illogical, done for the sake of doing them with little view towards Regionals at the end of it all. I've half wondered why it was so, but New Directions losing would explain it entirely - they lost because they were all disjointed and unfocused!

I've half wondered why it was so, but New Directions losing would explain it entirely - they lost because they were all disjointed and unfocused! You're right, I forgot to mention this point, but it's probably one of the biggest reasons why they shouldn't win. Also it seems that Mercedes, Quinn, Puck - pretty much everyone but Rachel - are being really complacent about the whole thing. I think the shock of them losing is needed to get them to push themselves, I just wonder whether the writers will let them win despite all this, to make people think, did they really deserve it? I've read that, an extra revealed in the ending version where they win Artie gets so excited by winning, he jumps out of his chair so unless this is made-up, or they re-filmed it, it suggests they are going to lose. June 4, 201015 yr I do have an additional theory that either Jesse St. James or Rachel's mum are going to throw Vocal Adrenalines performance for Rachel, resulting in New Directions winning.
June 4, 201015 yr Author I've read that, an extra revealed in the ending version where they win Artie gets so excited by winning, he jumps out of his chair so unless this is made-up, or they re-filmed it, it suggests they are going to lose. I would really love it! :o But it'd mean the end of Artie's character and there'd be no uniqueness in it. Kurt - gay, Quinn - pregnant former chearleader, Artie - wheelchair guy, Puck - casanova/womanizer, Brittany - dumbass, Mercedez - african-american, Rachel - , Finn - football player with musical talent, etc. And i feel that Artie isn't done yet so maybe they will leave this theory until the very very end of Glee (although it's hard to foresee the ending of this show as it's insane;y popular haha!) when they eventually win Regionals? :o
