Maybe they should have just stuck to the Summer sunshine carnival looking, ice cream truck video or just have released them both.The whole release seems to have been handled so badly from start to finish.The song really needed a big, loud, in your face colourful video.I like the fact that it is camp and lots of eye candy but it needed something more.

Well at least the video is keeping in the theme with the single - being utterly $h!t.

After all this time waiting for the vid, it should have been amazing, I'm so disappointed tbh, I'd forgotten about the initial pics for the vid :o I'd love to know how she thought this vid is better than what the first one woulda been

I actually do like the song but I can see why others hate it, and this video is terrible :( I'm not fond of the concept at all. She does however look great in places, but it's all very 90's/dated and the whole setup/vibe of the song feels very Mysterious Girl meets I Wanna Be The Only One - i.e. 1996/1997 not 2010.

Apparently that was the original video, but they weren't happy with the final edit with those scenes, so they re-filmed it in London last week.

It is clearly one of those songs and videos that is too camp and disco lite to ignore.It is going down a storm in clubs and I imagine Alex's gay gaybase are thrilled at the video.Alex is an X-factor singer not the Queen of Soul even she is allowed to be cheesy and light hearted.

Well that video was awful. What happened to the original concept. :( This video just looked rushed to put together. I really hope this doesn't go to #1. Alex is better than this.

 

EDIT: Oh, well the original concept looked at least summery and fun :(

I saw people commenting saying she was reshooting a few scenes, so I expected it to be a mix of both.. Not a completely new video

I was thinking the video would make the song grow on me too, but it didn't make me like it any less.

 

I thought that it was going to be a new video too, I was expecting the first half of the video to be from the original and then the second half of the new one.

Alex is better than this.

THIS!!!! All those leaked demoes like Perfect proved it :( The song's getting boring now imo, if it had a great vid I would have loved it again
