He isn't being mean at all. This thread isn't the right place to campaign and it's the second time he has posted such thing today, in a manner which itself isn't needed at all with the block capitals and as if miley haters will download the song anyway.

Exactly. I'm not being mean, but it's every post this person makes everywhere all the time. It's really tedious now, what will be will be... (more than likely #11 anyway).

K'naan stealing the World Cup tournament concert with Wavin' Flag as I type. What a pity it is not at #1 instead of the monstrosity that is.
Does anyone know if Kelly Rowland will be on Graham Norton next week, hopefully she will get a big boost.Miley fans need to start a late Facebook campaign called Not Number 11 again.

Odd to see the chart so lacking in Glee songs also.

Yep shes on Graham Norton next week

Much love for K'naan, knew it would be a smash :D Can only grow, I'm wondering if Kylie will get top 5 at this rate!

Shakira now  I do hope Waka Waka climbs a lot higher than #50! Would be nice if it got some radio/video play to help it out, it's selling purely on word of mouth at the moment.

Performing one of my top 3 favourite songs of all time first

Hips Don't Lie  World Cup 2006 - now that's a football tune James "fukkin get off my TV screens you unfunny fatman" Corden.

That Parlotones song that was on beforehand really reminded me of Mulder & Scully by Catatonia - if this band had launched in the UK in 2007 along with The Hoosiers and Scouting For Girls, they'd have been massive.

I was singing the same melody myself when their track was on.

This is so great, if only the UK would realise its brilliance like a certain other country whose charts are the exact opposite of ours this year - i.e. good

recent/current #1's on iTunes Germany; Wavin' Flag, Satellite, Waka Waka

recent/current #1's on iTunes UK; Shout, Dirtee Disco, Frisky

Can I emigrate now? :P

I heard that Hips Don't Lie went to number-one in over 55 countries! :o That's incredible (if it's true)!

To be fair, it was performed infront of 1,000,000,000 people.

I'm pretty sure that Hips Don't Lie is one of the most played songs of all time also?
