But my favourite is black comedy Drop Dead Gorgeous (I talked about it more on the favourite films thread.) Best mockumentary ever made (I haven't seen 'This Is Spinal Tap', but I doubt it could better this) pure comedy gold that is painfully unknown.

The whole film is on youtube, and if you've got to time to kill, you can't go wrong with this.

Something About Mary - I just love it, the best comedy ever, how can anyone miss this.

My Best Friend's Wedding - Second favourite comedy of mine with Julia Roberts

Carry on Up The Kyber

Carry on Behind

Carry on Camping - Babs with her bits falling out :heehee: " And Push, Push Harder" TWANG!!!

Mind you I love Carry On movies, the later ones were rubbish Carry On Emmanuelle/Columbus

Too many to mention but my all-time favourite has to be from an era when Val Kilmer WAS actually entertaining! Top Secret!

I also love it that the boy from the heroine's past was the actor who played Grayson in Emmerdale!

Norma

Superbad <3 & .. Bruce Almighty :heehee:

as for me i like such comedies as:

Interstate 60

Heartbreakers

Private Resort

Something's Gotta Give

My top 5:

01. 'Team America' [2004]

02. 'Shaun Of The Dead' [2004]

03. 'Little Miss Sunshine' [2006]

04. 'Napoleon Dynamite' [2004]

05. 'There's Something About Mary' [1998]

Special mention too:

'Superbad' [2007]

Got to add Legally Blonde 1 +2

"bend..and SNAP"

I've got to add Click - watched it last weekend! David Hasselhoff (so's Adam Sandler but he nearly always is)

Norma

Ghostbusters

Braindead

Bad Taste

Evil Dead 2

Zombieland

Beetlejuice

Monty Python - The Holy Grail

Sleeper (Woody Allen)

What? No Dr. Strangelove? Fukkin classic that.

Faves of mine are probably already mentioned:

Animal House

Life of Brian

Holy Grail

Trains, Planes and Automobiles

Blazing Saddles

Withnail & I

Airplane

Caddyshack

Slap Shot

Bram Stoker's Dracula (well I thought it was funny off my tits on acid... :P )

Bram Stoker's Dracula (well I thought it was funny off my tits on acid... :P )

I remember watching the film Society on acid. Had absolutely no idea what was going on!

Bram Stoker's Dracula (well I thought it was funny off my tits on acid... :P )

I watched it and wished I was on acid! Dreadful film - wasn't sure whether it was supposed to be a comedy or a tongue-in-cheek horror!

Agree with Dr Strangelove 'You can't fight in here ... this is the War room'

Norma

Jumpin' Jack Flash - This film has some of the best one liners I've ever heard. Oh Whoopi, she was comic gold. And on that note.....

Sister Act - Amazing.

40 Year Old Virgin - The waxing scene is fantastic.

Drop Dead Fred - Phoebe Cates can still make me laugh out loud at this.

Bruce Almighty

Legally Blonde

Love Actually

Austin Powers 1 & 2

Mrs Doubtfire

Home Alone 1 & 2

Death Becomes Her

There are probably countless more, but they must be my favourites seeing as they came to me pretty easily.
