I think the sound is perfectly fine for 'Put Your Hands Up', I do love the song but I think the chorus isn't as explosive as it could be.

But I'm just trying to think if they'd actually work as singles... i'm trying to make it unbiased on my personal faves, but I genuinely believe these are the songs that would work the best as singles... Actually, maybe 'Aphrodite' could be released to help sell the album as people would be familiar with the name etc... :thinking:

1. All The Lovers [June] - it's done great so might as well keep with it.

2. Get Outta My Way [september] - I think this'll easily go Top 10.

3. Put Your Hands Up [Decemeber] - I could really imagine this with an X-Factor performance.

4. Can't Beat This Feeling [March] - just 'cause it's great.

5. Aphrodite [June] - i think this would make a nice closer to the era.

I'd have gone for:

 

1. All The Lovers

2. Aphrodite

3. Illusion

4. Better than Today

5. Too Much

Better than today has to be the third single and if i had the decision it would have been the 2nd single i love this, its the best track on the album for me apart from all the lovers, but seeing as we know get outta my way is the second single my preferences are

4th Closer, illusion or aphrodite.

I don't think "Better Than Today" would work as a single.

Im the opposite i think better than today would work brilliant as a single, but thats the great thing about albums they cater for different tastes.I have to say there isnt neccessarily any song on the album that wouldnt make quite a decent single,its full of future singles.

I think 'All The Lovers', 'Get Outta My Way' and 'Aphrodite' are the only three that stand out as absolute key singles, but there are a few other tracks that would make a good single after those so we get a 4th to round it off.

I hope we get four singles of the album and that the fourth isnt messed up like what happened with the one.

I can see 4 or 5 singles TBH plus i have read that there will be a Deluxe edition with newer tracks

so maybe even more

I don't believe there will be a deluxe edition, she's never done that kind of re-release before and we already have a special edition anyway.

She has apparantly said in an interview that there are tracks that she didn't want to let go and

there would possibly be one

Id love a deluxe re release later on with some added songs that didnt make the album, i think they would be daft not to do this as everyone is doing now and it would boost sales,plus i would buy it myself if they added extra songs to it.

I wouldn't say everyone is doing that, I'd be quite pissed off if they did to be honest. I would just download the extra tracks illegally, that's what her record company would get for being so greedy.

Me to and some of the deluxe versions are worth buying, even if she did something like lady gaga did with the fame/ the fame monster it would be great and well worth buying, nice for the collection aswell.
