Someone cheated on the poll, have no idea how though, this could be one of the mods doing something un-/intentionally or it's just a system bug. LOADS of people didn't reveal their votes tbf, there're certainly not 40 different people who posted in this thread.

Just count the votes that have been posted? Add them up and compare when the poll closes.

I voted 'semis' and 'new point system' ... however, in reflection, I don't think the new point system would work with 30 songs.

 

Maybe: 18, 15, 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 would work or something, so we've still got the big 18pts to add a bit of excitement to the scoreboard, but not as many people to have to vote for?

Couldn't an Admin do an IP check on the votes or something? :unsure: (Like they do to make sure no one cheated on the polls for AF's etc...)?

Let's hope those 8 or so people i counted who didn't actually express their opinion in this thread but voted in the poll did not vote for the big final :(

I did, Tyron has got a copy of it :o it looks all above board to me, and Tyron came to the same conclusion, it could be a bug. :unsure:

 

 

Either way if you take a vote off from the poll on both polls you still end up with the same result practically.

The best way round it, those members that have voted and didn't say anything in the thread is to come forward and say what format they voted for, so they can be counted manually.

You forget that BJSC is the home of the silent participant.

 

Around 50% of the participants don't contribute to any of the odds, predicta or even the live final thread, so I seriously doubt you'll get them to speak up in here :lol: I seriously don't get what the joy is from submitting a song each month but taking a completely outside role in the contest other than that - if one of these people (they know who they are :P) ever win and get the chance to host, it could be very interesting indeed, as they'll be forced to play an active role.
