Hey, how is everyone doing today. Welcome to a brand new week of this thread Thanks for support for the thread so far. SUMMER IS HERE PEOPLE! B) So like a celebration I will be kind and just give you lovely people. :D

 

Another extra option called 'The Outsider'. A song/album which could beat all the odds and get that #1 spot. Come on Sunday as the results thread is coming back. :cheer: :yahoo: and also I want your opinions on who should be 'The Outsider' next week. :D

 

Anyway, The game is hotter up now. :lol:

 

In case you have never heard of this thread before. Read the background behind it below

 

This thread is based on contenders who could top the UK singles charts this week. Every week there will be five songs to pick from and THERE'S A 'OTHER' SELECTION. Then on Sunday the results then will see if they number 1 that you wanted to be was the UK's official number one and which of the six choices will be the odd one out. Also could you please post what you voted for please thanks. A new addition to the poll I have now add an album section so enjoy. :)

 

Please vote. :D This thread is open for discussion about anything relating to the option show. Constructive arguments are allowed but no bashing or baiting each other or artists

Kylie and other for albums, I would've picked Muse but they've already been there (and why would they be there this week?)

 

Glasto

Airplanes really good song, good video.Scissor Sisters for album but horrible album cover.

The reason some old albums are back is because of Glasto. Glasto always seems to have a huge effect on the chart. Hence albums from Muse and Mumford & Sons. :)

Enrique and Other (Leona Lewis). My album choice won't happen but it's just a reflection of how terrible the album choices are. :kink:

Airplanes for singles

 

Albums are so hard, I love them all :( if only in the singles chart we had Eminem, Scissor Sisters, Mumford and Sons, Muse , Gorillaz and K'Naan as the top 6 :(

 

I voted B.o.B. + Hayley and Eminem.

 

I love Airplanes. I think it's fantastic. It seems to have peaked at #2 in a few big countries (US, Canada, Australia, I think), so it would be nice if it got #1 here.

It's funny how Eminem and Rihanna are losing. Against the choices from a few weeks ago, they'd've probably won easily. I think the charts have been more Buzzjack friendly lately.

My suggestion for next week's outsider is "The Outsider", a song on Marina & The Diamonds debut album :kink:
