Egg on the faces of AATW as everyone flocks towards the proper 4 minute plus version of We No Speak Americano over the ridiculous 2 minute effort. Before long you'll be able to hear an entire AATW released song in the 30 second iTunes snippet :heehee:

Haha. It sure seems to be going that way, doesn't it!

But seriously. 2 minutes is actually dire. It's an amazing song, but 2 minutes is really, really pathetic in my opinion. It's like Halo/Walking On Sunshine (which is also an awesome song, in my opinion) for crying out loud!!!

I thought there was a radio edit of 'We No Speak Americano' that was 2:59? I'm already aware of the full length version that's almost 5 minutes long.

Still hoping to see Yolanda score a top 10 hit in the UK.

There's a Dutch radio edit of 2:40:

And a French radio edit of 3:09 with a longer cut of the UK video:

*geek mode off" Me too, I reckon they can do it :) Just wish Signor Calliali would p*** off now :kink:

Oops they're charging £7.49 for Yolande on Amazon.

So, JLS have a third UK number 1 in their hands now. :D

I think I'm the only one who likes The Club is alive on Buzzjack.

Artists with a penis are usually frowned upon.

Its surprising that Lady Gaga is so well liked really.

:P

Who on earth *starts* rumours like that, anyway?

what has attractions to do with music taste?

Right... teenage girls love Justin Bieber because of his *singing*... :w00t:

Ah  I understand now :P

Yeh I think he fell during the performance.. and at the end had to be taken away in an ambulance. He apparently broke his leg whilst on stage

I know they *say* 'break a leg' to performers - but that's not normally meant to be taken literally...

I wish some people would shut up with the whole "buzzjack has a female bias" sometimes, it's not that I have anything against JLS and haven't minded any of their other singles but this song is f***ing awful.

Surely part of the emnity against JLS, is that they came from X-Factor, and therefore aren't seen as having truly *earned* their status?

Oh God that awful JLS single set for #1 :( Thanks very much indeed teenage girls, sad women/men and themselves buying a few copies.

2010 has been the worst year for number ones. Why have Lady Gaga and Kylie had to miss out thanks to a load of rubbish beating them?

There is a silver lining on the cloud though - JLS's lead is only just over 20%, whereas Katy Perry's was way over 2-1 at a similar stage. This suggests JLS's sales aren't going to be as high as we feared. Perhaps, if their sales are too front-loaded, they won't even last the week there...

Hopefully,

Katy ended yesterday on 82% the value of JLS, despite the 7pm Projection of 73%, JLS & Eliza looked frontloaded, 3OH!3 & Yolanda Be Cool were rising.

Yolanda Be Cool aren't exactly flopping catastrophically, but I have to say I'm surprised with how badly they're doing so far... I'm still holding out for that big boost that sometimes happens to songs like this  After all, Edward Maya wasn't top 10 on the first mids, and Guetta's GOY was as low as #18 in the first mids IIRC.

At midnight yesterday, when combined it was at #15, it should edge closer to the top 10 by tonight as it's rising this morning.

My Predictions for tomorrow mids:

1. JLS

12. Eliza

13. Yolanda Be Cool

14. 3OH!3

I think YBC will be the second highest in the mids because you have to factor in YBC's digital EP which has done pretty well.

Pack Up, My First Kiss and We No Speak Americano all have a lot of major climbing to do to get into the iTunes top ten.

How far ahead of Katy, are JLS?! I know there's no chance Katy will get #01, but I'm clutching straws (is that the right saying?)
Eliza and 3OH!3 will be in the top 10 in no time, I reckon the top 10 effect favours established acts more so expect "My First Kiss" to do a Pendulum and stall for a while at #11/12 before rocketing to about #3.

they're not too far ahead i'm hoping they're gonna fall soon so that she can stay at #1!
