esctoday says that Josh has just released an album of covers, with an album of original songs also due for release at some point :o

Just heard a clip of the song on esctoday. It sounds alright, but I was hoping for more of a Breathe Easy style song. At least we're sending a contempory entry this year though!

I'm really impressed by the clip. Finally, we're sending a contemporary uptempo! I'd expected an over dramatic outdated ballad from the title but this sounds JLS/Taio Cruz-esque with the synths and has the hallmarks of a modern European hit, I'd be VERY surprised if we missed the top ten this year!

Has it been posted on YouTube as I'm on my phone and can't hear it on ESC today?

Probably the most modern sounding entry of the year. Really impressed on first listen.

 

It's quite wide open at the moment, so I wouldn't rule out a win at this stage, but I obviously won't get my hopes up.

 

See no reason why this shouldn't get R1 support and do well in the charts (and not just in the UK either)

I agree. In terms of winning potential it's definitely the best we've had in a very very long time! Hopefully we'll come top 5 minimum and never go back to the crap 00's way of doing things afterwards. I can't take another row of ten terrible results :drama:
