The first time Mikey posts in ESC forum this year... and with such a CLASSIC Mikey moment. <3
Yeah, Lee is very "audible" in that performance. Still, it's a better track that the UK has sent in the last few years. I'd even say it's better than 'It's My Time'. ** shrugs **

Agreed. Jade is a better performer than they are, or ast least more likeable and a stronger voice on average. But this is the most current, credible and well put together song the UK has entered for years. Got a very good feeling about this :)

I'm the only one that thinks we are going to flop with this track, I really don't like it. Sounds a bit too poppy

thats what Eurovision's about!

we're as low as 7/1 3rd favourite on Oddschecker :o this could happen!

I know can't believe how good our odds are this year. Hopefully we get a great result on the night going by this. Should 100% mean we are no chance at getting last but we'll see.

I look forward to the European release of the ESC CD, and when all songs are uploaded on the official ESC YouTube channel. It was when 'Satellite' had a lot more views than any other entry, and when it went flying up different iTunes charts that I become certain it would win. But reactions seem very good across Europe, and the odds are very good.
I think the song is a great choice for the UK this year. I also think it's a great song from them in general, a return to form from them as it fits in with todays chart music.

Mikey is a classic moment full stop. :D Why else do you think I've dedicated my sig to Mikey? :D

thats a promo vid only that BBC put together in a day or so..

they'll shoot the official video soon.

Ahh I see, thank god!

I can't abide Blue and cheesy boybands, even 'acceptable' bands like Take That. However we couldn't possibly send anything worse than last year (which would've been inadaquate even if it was submitted in 1991!). At least this is something that wouldn't sound out of place on a Galaxy daytime playlist and is good enough to be a winner!

Philip Schofield is not a fan of the song. He's called it shocking and predicts we will end just like the other years. Source his twitter page. I guess we'll have to see if he's right..... OR NOT :P

I bet he also liked last year's entry and predicted Top 5 for it too.

Quite apart from the fact he's a royal cunt to begin with, where do you even START when he's coming out with stuff like this?

Phillip Schofield has predicted that Blue are doomed to failure at this year's Eurovision Song Contest with their "shocking" entry 'I Can'.

The Dancing On Ice host took to Twitter after watching the boyband unveil their tune for the May 14 event on The Graham Norton Show last night.

"Well that's Eurovision screwed for another year!!" he stated on his official profile. "Sorry guys, I love you together and individually... But that's a shocking song."

Schofield continued to blast the 'All Rise' group while talking with his online following, seemingly agreeing with one fan's suggestion that the UK had intentionally picked an unimpressive tune to avoid hosting the expensive contest.

He also predicted Blue's defeat at the hands of X Factor duo Jedward, writing: "Hmmm, my newsfeed suggests Jedward have it in the bag for Ireland!!"

He added: "If I'm honest I can't stand Eurovision cos it's such a big old fix, but I watch every year in the hope that I'm wrong... it's been a farce for years, still watch though"

However, his comments seemed to infuriate former Dancing On Ice contestant Denise Welch, who posted: "I adore Phillip but I disagree that you should upset people. If they sang on [his]show, would he say after, 'That was rubbish'?!!"

Despite Welch's criticism, Schofield refused to give his backing to Blue's tune, joking: "Get the Baltic states to vote for us and I'll believe we stand a chance! Not unpatriotic, just realistic."

Blue previously denied suggestions that representing the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest, which this year takes place in Germany, is "career suicide".

Gosh, what an attention seeking cunt. :manson:

Would be interesting to see if Blue will be guests on This Morning soon...

Did he not see 2009 when we came 5th? And given that the last two winners are Norway & Germany, I don't exactly see how it can be called a fix, especially since they've become chart hits across Europe
