Obviously as host I know how all the songs have done, however I do love the David Holmes song. I think it's easily the best song I've discovered in the past couple of months! David FTW!

And a big thank you to my mate from Bristol's housemate Olly for that!! :)

01 - The Naked and Famous

02 - Diamond Rings

03 - Kurran and the Wolfnotes

04 - Midlake

05 - Streetlight Manifesto

Just one point given to the top 2 mean these votes don't backfire! A second consecutive 12 for A Place to Bury Strangers has seen them climb from 18th to 5th. Republic of Loose get their first points, a fairly strong 8.

Go The Kiss. Amazing track - really well put together - has bits of Yeaysayer and Sigur Ros and it just builds and builds. So much better than Health.

Points given to all of the top 3 but not too many so they don't strengthen their position at the top. Pallers and Miriam continue their climbs.

That's the song I already knew. It must have been played quite a lot on 6Music.

9. A Place To Bury Strangers 'In Your Heart' submitted by Grimly Fiendish.

Unfortunately Grimly didn't vote so 'In Your Heart' loses 15 points and falls 9 places to 16th.

I only knew 'Holy Pictures', the title track from the same album, which I charted at #5 in 2008. Never heard anything else by him though...

shame about the a place to bury strangers track falling, great track.
I didn't know David Holmes belong to Rabbitfurcoat, I thought it belong to Doctor Blind, the track was a good find. :D

Agreed! :(

Actually quite a predictable Top 2 atm, one is quite appealing and easy to listen to nevermind it being a hit in another country, the other is an older song of a band with great history. :o

Full marks to The Naked and Famous give it the lead after HEALTH had been at the top for the previous 7. Miriam Stockley climbs into the top 3, the first time David has been out since the 2nd vote.

I just knew David Holmes was Mark's selection. :D

That's the track I knew best, I think it got to #3 for me or something a couple of years back. It was close between that and Pallers for best track for me, although both got discounted for me already knowing them. Slightly disappointing that HEALTH are winning, it's a really good track but the band are really well known now aren't they?

the only track i knew for sure was High Places, cos i know Harve bums them, im guessing a few people know which track is mine, i think i might know who HEALTH is, but could be wrong.

I suspect Pallers was Medicated Soap but we'll see.

I knew Chequerboard was Tony too as he included one of their tracks on his CD swap compilation.

HEALTH is Medicated Soap - that is what i think.

I knew you'd know that. I was going to go with the track that I put on the CD swap cd but I thought Pennyblack might do better.

this is what i think, but it could be too obviously his that it isnt.
