Don't get me wrong i like taylor swfit, but i just think her songs always sound the same. I love Love Story, Teardrops on my guitar, You Belong with me. But I don't like her new album as much due to the similarity.

I didn't manage to get on with this album. I wanted to as i do like Taylor. However i think the title track is a fantastic song and i added it to my itunes today.

agreed :D .. buuuut probably destined to be another flop over here! Wish she'd release something more uptempo like haunted or Better then Revenge... arghh its like leona lewis all over again !! :angry:

 

Nice video, boring song! They should've gone with something like Speak Now, Better Than Revenge or Enchanted.

I have a feeling they'll release "The Story Of Us" next, it's kindah got that crossover appeal.

I've just realised why they covered it!

 

The singer found out Taylor wrote 'Enchanted' about him and then recorded his own version and wanted to wait until Valentine's Day to post it. Aww!

Back to December is a bit dull. Video's good though but it seems like everything else she's done.

Her music is very same old and you would think by album 3, she would give her music a little bit of a kick. Come album 4, the americans will move on to someone different.

MEAN is new single in U.S.

 

 

In other news, I heard 'The Story of Us' on Radio 2 Today. Maybe it's European single? :D

Oh. :( Why are they releasing the singles that were the countdown for the album - I hope they don't release 'Speak Now' as the next single. 'Enchanted' MUST be a single! :wub:

'Mean'? I do love it, I love almost every track on the album, but if I ranked every song on the album it would be near the bottom, it's just out-done by so many others :( Would've preferred 'Speak Now', if we're talking about the album countdown songs.

I heard Story of Us on radio 1 recently too :)

 

I think Never Grow Up is a beautiful song and one of my most played from the album, but I can understand why some people don't like it so much :)
