OMG AMAZING NEWS..

Ne-Yo's been released Early so there's NOTHING to stand in The Saturdays way of a #1 Now unless a song from this week hangs on..Or Eminem/Flo climb to the top spot.

Good though as I  Ne-Yo's song... Best of both worlds now..Would Love Ne-Yo to get #1 this week and The Sats the next.

It's been released early. To be fair, I think it's a good think for the song, as it's been getting airplay for ages. I hope it doesn't do very well though. It's such a dull song.

Well it's a Ne-Yo song - need any more be said? :P

Glad for Ne-Yo! BM has grown on me a lot!

It could just not sell enough, for one lol.

WHAT? HOW IS THIS SO HIGH?

Good thing though.

I'm shocked too. And it's really not one of his best. But I'm still glad, top-20 for now is quite likely. :P

Ne-Yo for no. 1 then!!! It's certainly not a patch on 'Closer' and even that song I didn't think was brilliant (good yes, but that was it). The only bit that makes 'Beautiful Monster' is the "i don't mind, no i don't mind". Other than that there's very little in the shape of a song. Chorus is too flat and needs a beefed up dance beat for the song to work.

So typically the best, imo, of this weeks new releases ('Choices') looks set to miss the no. 1 spot. The number of strong new releases outsold by average tracks this year has been overwhelming-ly disappointing. -_-

It was instrumental version. The version released this year is with new vocals

Yeah, thanks. Just checked the official video, uploaded on June 22, with vocals.

it was updated

No sign of Paloma (except #70 - the old version) and Chicane yet here. No Marina's single version in the top-300 too.

At this rate, it'll be out of the T40 before the video is ever released... :P

It's still pretty solidly top six and videos for stars such as these almost always propel the tracks up, so could you put aside your own (rather tediously repeated by now) hatred for 'urban $h!te' and have the slightest bit of objectivity? :/

I can't get from where the sales for DJ Fresh come from of all sudden? It's top-50 already! It isn't playlisted by Radio 1, other major stations obviously won't play it, he's nowhere on the TV airplay and yet has a pretty confident success. While his far superior 'Hypercaine' was in 1-upfront playlist, it had some TV airplay and still got nowhere.

He actually does have TV airplay by the way, stronger than Hypercaine. That probably explains it.

He's #28

Anyway, I'm all for another drum n bass top 40 hit - we've only had a handful in the past 2 years or so. The two Pendulum songs, End Credits, Rock It... that's about it actually. Unless you count the two Tinie Tempah songs which both end with a drum n bass bit.

Ah well, that can explain it, thank you. )))

It's so weird - tonight I have heard it in the club and we were going crazy and now it appears of all sudden in the UK iTunes chart! Have all partymates emigrated to the UK immediately after that? Anyway, well done Data!

I'm having a listen on other two major new entries this week as I haven't heard them.

'Beautiful Monster' - well, quite good. A top-15 worthy but definitely not #1.

'Choices' - oh wow, I like it! We definitely need this song in the top-10 of the charts.

Good for Ne-Yo and Hoosiers - great news Ne-Yo has come forward BUT re: the Saturdays, Tinchy is out that day, no?
