Villa throw it away  No Dundee Utd, Motherwell, New Saints. Liverpool you lucky things!

Happy with Liverpool's draw today, Steaua may pose a threat but Napoli and Utrecht shouldn't be anything to worry about, hopefully 14 points at least. Man City get Juve! But they should also qualify, Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea all get byes again, a Valencia with no Silva or Villa could spell shock qualification for Rangers. Also would like Ajax to capatilise on an inconsistent Milan, unlikely though...

Inter vs. Atletico tonight, can't see anything but an Inter win...

Dissapointed, but credit to Rangers gameplan. Ferguson's random ten changes have to come into question though.

Probably knows he'll be under immense pressure to get 3 points against Liverpool at the weekend after the last two disaster results. Even I as a Liverpool fan will be shocked if you don't beat us.

Oh dear...Valencia out for the season! Never like to hear about an injury like that.

Man Utd will miss him a lot imo...

Seems to be a lot of serious injuries this year in fairly harmless circumstances, Valencia, Zamora, Dawson all got injured severely in harmless incidents, didn't look like a bad tackle at all

While I wish Valencia well I hope that OWF stays the f*** away from Lennon in Jan

Nani, Park Ji-Sung and Obertan can all play right wing/attacking forward. I'm sure Fergie would even recall Tom Cleverley from his loan spell at Wigan before paying way over the odds for Lennon. England international, just participated in a World Cup, playing Champions League football = serious £££.

When he came on as a substitute for Chelsea, Josh McEachran apparently became the first player to be born after the Champions League started to play in it. I feel so old

I had to taunt my brother about that, he was born in the same month!

Arsenal were fantastic tonight, it reminded me of the Forest vs Millwall match on Saturday. :)

Really pleased tonight, we didn't set the world on fire but I had a bad feeling about game and was glad I was wrong :D Nice to see Rafael play instead of O'Shea, him and Evra have had shaky starts to the season. Hope Rio can stay fit as well.

Nani is really coming into his own now, best player on our side by a long way. Only thing I can complain about tonight is Vidic getting stamped on and Saldado not being sent off for it. <_<

Gareth Bale was really excellent last night, best player on the pitch in the second half easy. I think a move to Chelsea / Man City is imminent....
