I do like 'Hair' alot but it just sounds like a strong album track, it's not single material imo.

I think it's absolutely brilliant... in a way it's the true follow up to Bad Romance in that it's a proper tour de force of a pop song but it doesn't try to recreate her past glories. It's its own song. It's just absolutely beautiful and there aren't many loud uptempo songs you can say that about.

Ooooh, a bit different.. really like it! On one listen, I don't think it's as good as Judas, BTW or EoG, but I'm sure I'll love it after a few more listens... :wub:

Well 'Edge Of Glory' wasn't one before and that sounded like a proper lead single even though it was originally meant to be an album promo or whatever. This doesn't have that imo.

It's decent, but it's back to the 'okay on first listen' - and only The Edge Of Glory has captured me on first listen.

Agreed. Right now I think it should stay a strong album track.

Thought it was decent enough on first listen ten minutes ago. Can't remember it now though, will have to listen again later on.

 

The Edge of Glory and Judas were far more instant for me but I do at least prefer this to Born This Way!

I do love Hair (ANOTHER 10/10 :o), just not as much as the others. It'd probably be 6th/7th in my fave songs of 2011 so far though (Judas is first, TEOG second and BTW third) :o

 

 

Hair sounds like Judas mixed with I Like It Rough/Beautiful, Dirty Rich to me - that's a very good thing ^_^
