I think this year more than ever the songs will have a bigger impact than usual on the charts, im surprised simon hasnt coped onto to that and started looking for royalities from people like adele, simon would be briasen enough to do it!!

Cher & Katie arguably have more star quality and character then Treyc & Gamu that is why Cheryl chose them not because of colour.

I really liked both Gamu & especially Treyc :wub: but i can see why she chose the 3 she did.

Even you surely are not so blind.Alex was never Cheryls pick to win it was Diana from the start and please stop with having the odd black friend cannot make you a racist-what world do you live in.

Cher looks like a junkie and too young and Katie cannot sing what star quality and character is that.Treyc and Gamu gave amazing, high energy performances every week and delivered relying only on their talent.

There is nothing fair about those who were prepared, professional and gave thier all being shoved aside for those who were poor, did not deliver and crumbled and had to be given even more chances.

 

I find it laughable that people think Cheryl is racist. In no way is she close to racist. I know a racist person in real life, and they, literally, cringe everytime they see a black or asian person.

 

Racist people just aren't that common nowadays, especially amongst people of Cheryl's generation. People nowadays are just quick to call everybody in the media racist, and if a person of an ethnic minority that they like doesn't do well, it's always because of their race.

 

Also, I think a lot of people are just fed-up of Cheryl being the sweetheart, and being overrated. They don't like seeing other people get success, so they get one incident from her past, and repeat it over, and over again. Infact, it's quite telling that they seem to have barely anything else of a similar vein to use in their agenda to get Cheryl to be a national hate figure.

 

It's Susan Boyle all over again. The poor woman did nothing wrong, but everybody just hated her because they felt she was overrated. Similar with JLS and Justin Bieber.
