I for one won't be downloading it whereas I would have done if I wasn't about to buy the album tomorrow. I'm sure she'll have lost a fair few sales from people doing the same thing.

She's not a strong album artist so far so I guess the cherry-picks will be quite high for her.

I won't be buying the single or cherry picking it from the album - I'll buy the album on CD, hence register a non-sale for the single which she would have had from me otherwise. I'm not saying it will make a huge difference (maybe only a few iTunes places lower) but she'll certainly lose *some* sales that she would have had.

I know it was tipped for #1 but I thought it would eventually climb Top 5 with Katy racing up to #1.

Oh the horror the horror-Olly Murs, was not expecting that but glad to see another No 1 that was not playlisted by R1.

Hope Katy can still grab the top spot, like the song and the video.

Great for Adele hope she can stay in the Top 20 in the official charts, she has been missing from the charts for too long.

Surprised at this she has been doing a bit of promo and the song is rather good.Olly may well pull it off, I am sure Katy will end up No 1 in the album charts and miss out in the singles.

Happy that Same Difference are picking up speed now - I do hope Shine On Forever does well for them!

 

Good on Olly as well. It's not my favourite song in the world, but it's not terrible in my opinion. Well done to him.
