Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh does this mean i finally have an Ally in the calling for the removal of the troll???

Obviously. Team Waffle must surely be thinking that they could do just as well without her excessive spamming (but then again I don't know if I'm allowed to say that or if that makes me somebody who HAS NO SENSE OF HUMOUR and is TAKING EVERYTHING FAR 2222 SERIOUSLY!

This has actually upset me. I was feeling really positive about Buzzjack and though I was doing well. Ill try and cut back I guess

Shelli is harmless, would never win the nobel prize for literature but she is harmless, some of her posts in News/Perspectives are well thought out and show intelligence

 Their post counts would be extremely diminished without it

I haven't had a backlash thus far.

It posted in Perspectives  I bet Scott was thrilled.

Quite lengthy posts too, I was impressed

I just don't understand the Shelli hate tbh, I deserve to be hated with some of my posts, as does Crazy Chris as does Ethan and a good few others but Shelli is harmless, fluffy, bubbly, really doesn't do any harm at all

1. Blue Waffle - Lot of effort into it, made me laugh

2. Quest - I don't watch Eastenders so way above my head but that girl is gorgeous from the pic, deserves 2nd place

3. Silk Bullets - Never seen CSI, went way over my head too

1. Blue Waffle - Lots of effort, I love the pictures too and the character sounds like a HOOT.

2. Quest For - I love all of the work that's gone into the Roxy storyline! And the artwork gives it a nice touch.

3. Toxic Champagne - I like, but less so than the above. Obviously.

+ Tactical voting is strictly not allowed. Anybody caught engaging in this disgraceful activity will be licked by Slick.

Just saw this :o You heard the man people!

Did I say that was a rule? I just thought it was a bit ridiculous given that your team's entry was the ONLY largely comedic one.

And by that rule can only comedies be entertainment? Are soaps not entertainment 90% of the time? Is a serious drama not entertainment?

I love your team's entry Adam but this whole snobby thing you all have going on about everything that's not comedic being auto-inferior is pretty annoying. If it HAD to be comedic I would've put that in the rules when I decided on the bloody task and thus I think marking people down for not being comedic is silly. THAT IS ALL.

Jark, I'm sorry you know I respect you as a poster, but this is absolute $h!tE and you know it.

It's competely rich you accusing me of snobbery, when this thing kicked off because YOU got snotty with Shelli because of her voting prefences, like how dare she not take this deadly seriously?

I know it's fashionable right now to attack Shelli for being a troll, but on this one you're wrong.

Shelli looks for comedy in her entertainment, you don't. That's fine, but don't criticise her for it. That's all I'm saying.

01. Toxic Champagne - Dragan

10 Entertainment factor - it sounds RIDICULOUSLY over the top - high drama all the way! And that is absolutely perfect for Holby which might be the most unrealistic medical drama ever made.

09 Thought & effort - clearly a lot of effort has gone into this, with plenty of detail regarding every twist and turn in the storyline. I deducted a point for a couple of the more clichéd parts of your storyline - Jac running for the door but finding it locked, poison in a champagne glass (IS THIS A 1960s JAMES BOND FILM?).

07 Plausability - this is where your entry falls down slightly - it's plausible in the sense that stranger things have happened at Holby (yes really) but I wish you'd done a bit more research. It really shows that you're writing a character for a drama none of you actually watch. Jac has already had the whole 'secret family' thing - she discovered she had a younger sister who her mother never told her about. I realise why you needed a brother for the plot but it's totally absurd. Also Connie is the type of woman who would HATE for a man to constantly give her attention and tell her soppy shit like 'you keep me sane' - she likes her space. ALSO she would never marry Oliver - he's an F2 and she is all about status. She wouldn't marry anybody who wasn't a surgeon! So yeah, this let you down a bit but not too much. I can imagine following the story to a tee if Holby actually decided to run with it.

02. Blue Waffles - Epiphany Brown

10 Entertainment factor - "Boo, my roses need pruning!" had me on the floor. Too many other golden quotes even to mention.

10 Thought & effort - Obviously a LOT has gone into this.

05 Plausability - in that it's quite likely a character could put up a Stepford facade but really be a common $l*t who would eventually slip into her own ways, not so much the necrophilia angle!

03. Silk Bullets - Lorelai Hayden

08 Entertainment factor - I can imagine following it pretty closely but not being TOO gutted if I missed an episode (it is a slow burn storyline after all). There doesn't appear to be that much in the way of plot to actually set it apart from other cop dramas like Criminal Minds and their serial killer story arcs though.

08 Thought & effort - 'is very close with her daughter and has many 'mother-daughter' moments. Were you low on inspiration, per chance? It's more than a bit Gilmore Girls-y. Otherwise I think a lot of thought went into this as examplified by the episode guides. I love the catchphrase too (presuming it's original). I had to laugh at 'in episode 6 and 7 (which is one of those annoying double eps split over two weeks)' - very YOU, Phil. Also 'she has minor character development from the 12th to 14th episode' LOL. Really made me laugh.

08 Plausability - Much more ridiculous things have occured in the various cop dramas I've seen. How would he escape prison though? And also it's just that BIT heavy on the old misery front what with Emily-Rose dying (having already been kidnapped previously).

They're all SERIOUSLY good actually. I'm very surprised.

Did I say I don't look for comedy in my entertainment? You're taking words out of my mouth. I just think that people have taken a serious amount of time compiling these 'pitches' and to dismiss them JUST for not being comedic when they have their own merits is very obviously silly. You can't deny that.

This 'deadly seriously' business IS the snobbery I mentioned. Everything I've seen from certain people in your team is LOL THEY TOOK IT SO SERIOUS - and? Wouldn't Buzzjack be really fxcking boring if everybody had the exact same posting style and approached things (and these tasks) in the exact same manner? Great, your team can step back and just do something light and funny. Congratulations. Doesn't mean others need to be mocked for taking it seriously.

You're right. It would be f***ing boring if everybody took the exact same attitude to everything - which is why I find it equally ridiculous the stance you took with Shelli. So she's voting on comedy, that makes her votes ridiculous, silly and void? THAT'S snobbishness to me.

I think it's also ridiculous to accuse our team of not taking any of it seriously, because I think it's quite clear that in this task we put in JUST as much effort as everyone else.

You're basically having a go at us for doing pretty much exactly what you're doing with us in reverse.

I agree with Jark on this

Ours was very "dark" and would not have people rolling in the aisles but whether we come 1st or last I am proud of the effort that myself, Suedehead2 and *Dandy* put in to put ours together, if it loses points off anyone for not being funny so be it I wouldn't change a word of what we did :)

Your team yourself have all said you didn't take it seriously Adam. That isn't the same as not putting effort in (AS YOU CAN SEE I gave you a 10/10 for effort) and it isn't something I would mark you down for (it's a refreshing attitude) but that doesn't mean the other teams aren't allowed to take it more seriously. That is all I'm saying. You know full well the point I am making, you refuse to accept any truth it so there's no point having this conversation.

And yes Shelli is alright really, she's so sweet!, she's got a heart too!, blah blah. I don't care.

I'm not saying you should have to change everything. I'm just saying it should be down to Shelli or ANYONE how they vote. If they want to vote on comedy, that's THEIR CALL, and it's not for any of the rest of us to turn around and slap them down for it, as Jark did there.

Jark you know full well that wasn't all you were saying. You came in, and you attacked Shelli because she didn't want to take it as seriously as you'd like her to. You're preaching to me about not having a let-people-take-it-as-seriously-as-they-want attitude, but your comment earlier suggested it wasn't both ways with you either. But I agree, time to end this, because we're not going to agree, and we're both repeating ourselves. I don't particularly want to get petty about it either. We're as bad as each other.

I don't know WHERE your "Shelli has a heart" comment has come from, where did I say that? It's this bloody dismissiveness and childishness that totally undermines you when you accuse us of being snobs!

Best: Silk Bullets

2nd: Quest For Eternal Perfection

3rd: Toxic champagne

I picked Silk Bullets as my favourite because I could tell a lot of effort went into it (although it's obvious the other 2 teams tried hard too) and I thought the summary of each episode was effective and a good idea.

Quest had really good presentation on Olivia's character bio and the story was good too.

Toxic's was also really good, it's just I'm unfamiliar with Holby City so the storyline was harder for me to follow.

Great job to everyone though! :D

It was to encompass our team name, 'toxic champagne'!
