Second single from Blackout <3. Amazing song, even better than first single imo. In charts this was decent peaker, best peak is in Ireland where it's peaked @ number 1. Most remember time is when Britney was the biggest winner with this song on MTV VMA 2008. The background vocal in this song is from amazing Robyn<3.

Piece Of Me too high imo, I do like the song but it shouldn't be top 6 imo!

I've never really got the big fuss with 'Piece of Me' tbh...over half of 'Blackout' is better imo.

Nah, I think Piece Of Me is very much so worthy of being this high. It's lyrics were perfect for the time of it's release, the video made for an enjoyable affair, and helped by the lovely Robyn on backing it's definatly one of her best for me.

Piece Of Me is f***ing awesome.

 

Not better then 'Gimme More' and 'Break The Ice' though.

Adore 'Piece Of Me', that release is probably the only one (maybe along with 'Womanizer') that was handled perfectly in more recent times.

'Piece of Me' is epic - my favourite of Britney's EVER, and it never gets old. :wub: The video is hilarious aswell, and one of Britney's many classic videos imo - it fully deserves to be in her top ten. :D

Peice Of Me is great at first, until the camera flash sounds/beat start to get annoying. Gimmie More is far better.

First single from Blackout album. This was really good lead single, with some promo, this would be HUGE WW hit, but it didn't. In the charts this was really good chart performer. It's topped Canadian chart only but in the others countries it's peaked mostly in top 3/5. For me this is really good urban/pop track, love the intro and instrumental. Sometimes I think that remixes by Stonebridge and Kaskade are better than original. The video disappointed a lot of fans. I liked the video not that much but it was decent video, with some very hot scenes, especially uncensored scenes! :D

Gimme More. :wub: AMAZING song, $h!t video. ^_^

LMFAO. I LOVE the video, idk it totally matched what I expected from her at the time... it was sexy, trashy, amazing just like the song. But the song is my favorite Britney track of all time after 'Bomt'. Hell BOMT, Gimme More and Toxic are my favorite songs of all time out of all artists.

'Gimme More' was the perfect comeback at the time for Britters. Still an amazing song to this day, would've been much bigger if it was handled better though. The terrible video, the awful artwork and that VMA performance lead to it being a hot mess. I do still love it though :wub:.

'Piece Of Me' is a modern day Brit classic, to the casual Brit fans. The lyrics, production and vocals were pretty much spot on. I still really, really love it. Very worthy of it's finishing position. 'Gimme More' is a Brit classic mainly to hardcore Britney fans. Yes the release could've been handled ten times better, but it was still a hit and showed everyone that Britney was back and ready to take over the charts, once again. I have a huge soft spot for the video too!

02. 'Womanizer' (because it's newer etc...)

03. 'Toxic'

04. 'Everytime' (should be number 1 though :( but i'm pleasently surprised it's this high though :wub:)
