Katy B actually DID leave the top 10 a couple of weeks ago, and managed to re-climb back in, which is quite a rare thing to do.

 

And I love both the Manic Street Preachers's song and Turn My Swag On. They're both so catchy and anthemic. :lol:

I dont mind covers either especially if they enhance the original.I do not think Joe's does and it seems that his voice has been autotuned.I really liked Joe's voice but Syco are hopeless even the video looks odd and does not fit the song.

I can't remeber which song it was with either. I remember the event so much though, because we were speculating on what would be next to enter the top 10, and someone said they thought it would be Katy B, and I remember thinking that they were crazy or something, but it actually happened! :o I think it might've been around the time where there were two Teenage Dreams in the top 10.

Musically and commercially, Leona has the best material of all reality TV contestants around the world (maybe with the exception of Kelly Clarkson). Syco might have f**ked up the 'Echo' era commercially but I still stand by my claim that 'Echo' is one of the best pop records of the 21st Century as well as being the only album where I've really liked EVERY single song.

It could sell very well, yes. It wouldn't get to #1 though. Its only real chance at #1 would be last week (far too early) or its current week (it'll only be fighting week 2/3s from Robbie and Cee Lo, and also Joe but I can't honestly see him getting a #1)

It got knocked out when Emma's Imagination entered, it even fell down as far as #12 but knocked Yolanda Be Cool out.

Expect 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' to re-enter at some point. It was just used on Hollyoaks and I got shivers for some reason. I know it sounds strange but I have a feeling that it will have a 'Steph/About You Now' effect.

Yeah, that's true. I think We No Speak Americano got back in because of the weekend effect, and it was used a lot on X Factor.

 

I was quite glad both songs got back in, and didn't plummet after leaving the top 10, like Airplanes did...
