October 1, 201014 yr http://www.gleethemusic.com/us/episode/grilled-cheesus The songs have all leaked in the above link. Kurt is also singing I Wanna Hold Your Hands by the Beatles which is brilliant and One of Us is amazing.
October 2, 201014 yr I love all the songs, especially Bridge Over Troubled Water and Papa Can You Hear Me? They're flawless. I'm very excited for the episode. ^_^
October 2, 201014 yr Author 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' was bleh for me. My favourites are; 'Only The Good Die Young', 'I Look To You', 'I Wanna Hold Your Hand' and of course 'One Of Us'.
October 3, 201014 yr Puck's 'only The Good Die Young' is amazing  I like it but it sounds like it's been autotuned to death? God, I wish Glee would stop using that. My faves are Papa Can You Hear Me (Rachel is brilliant in that), One of Us (OMG is that Quinn harmonizing with Kurt) and I Want To Hold Your Hands (Gonna be an emotional episode).
October 4, 201014 yr Author I like it but it sounds like it's been autotuned to death? God, I wish Glee would stop using that. My faves are Papa Can You Hear Me (Rachel is brilliant in that), One of Us (OMG is that Quinn harmonizing with Kurt) and I Want To Hold Your Hands (Gonna be an emotional episode).I think that's actually Puck's voice tbh. It sounds similar on all his songs, even the ones with his band...
October 4, 201014 yr All the songs are fantastic, especially I Look To You and One Of Us! Probably one of, if not THE best episode musically :o
October 6, 201014 yr Author This episode is quite hard to watch  :( It's quite sad already and we're only 20 mins in or so! EDIT: Episode is now finished and yes. I'm crying a bit! :(
October 6, 201014 yr Just watched this episode. Wow. Wow. It had comedy and drama. The songs were all perfect. Chris Colfer made me cry. Wow. I'll write a better review tomorrow when I've woken up. But seriously AMAZING episode. It's up there as one of my favourites, for sure.
October 6, 201014 yr Stunning episode. Glee at its best tackling deep and thought-provoking issues. Chris Colfer was amazing. I was also really moved by Jane Lynch and her storyline with her sister. Song-wise, I Wanna Hold Your Hand was amazing and Kurt sounded brilliant. Also loved Papa Can You Hear Me and how that was done outside.
October 6, 201014 yr Another great episode then. Chris Colfer is really quite brilliant, and it's with some shame I admit to finding it quite the emotional episode really. Sue's combination of a really gritty story along with some great lines about Emma along the way again show why she is just such an asset to the show. The songs for me personally were weaker than those of the previous two episodes, and really I think I Look To You and Bridge Over Troubled Water were the only ones I really enjoyed. Which brings me on to Merecedes, who it's nice to see the writers finally remembered existance having done nothing for the past two episodes. Even if Fin and the grilled cheese was somehwat ridicolous, really I think pretty much the entire cast were on top form tonight.
October 6, 201014 yr Fantastic episode Only The Good Die Young and What If God Was One Of Us were amazing....Losing My Religion was a let down
October 6, 201014 yr I think it's only me who didn't like it that much! However i did like it. The only moment i had tears coming out was Sue & her sister scene. The songs were okay although nothing too special. BOTW was my least fave. Finn's - favourite. Ep 1 >> Ep 2 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Ep 3 ...so far. I hope quality doesn't go down even further next time :(
October 6, 201014 yr I have to say that this episode has to be my all-time favourite Glee episode. The whole storyline was incredibly moving, and I love virtually all the songs sung in the episode. The acting was tremendous, and I loved the scenes between Kurt and Burt, as well as Sue with her sister. I'm definitely preferring Season Two to Season One, which is a fantastic sign. They're definitely improving. ^_^
October 6, 201014 yr Was a brilliant episode, probably my best so far this season. Love how it went from so Fun last week to so emotional this week.
October 6, 201014 yr Woah, another great episode! Twas really sad, and it felt a bit bad laughing at times, especially Brittany's inappropriate one-liners. :P My favourite song was either Puck's solo (I can't remember what song it was...) or the final one of the episode. I loved the scenes with Sue and her sister too.
October 7, 201014 yr Was I the only who cried during I Want To Hold Your Hands? SO EMOTINAL, The flashbacks, everyone else crying in the Glee club. Damn.
October 9, 201014 yr I despised this episode, for the reason that it seemed very intolerant of people who aren't religious, suggesting that somehow not having God in your life means that you are lost and broken, and the only way to get through your problems is to believe and lean on someone "you can't see, feel or touch" as Mercedes wonderfully put it. She even turned around to Kurt at one point and said "I don't know how to be around you" just because of his non-religious views. The storyline with Burt also felt very contrived, and emotionally manipluative, compared to "Dream On", which struck an honest downbeat tone and message (I was cringing when Rachel was singing "Papa, Can You Hear Me?", to Kurt's dad, and the "Who's next?" line killed any sort of melodramtic emotion they tried to create) and the worse thing was that they prayed for him, when Kurt specifically asked them not to, and made Kurt seem like a bad guy for making that one request. Also, when Emma burst through into Sue's office to say that Kurt is vunerable right now, and somehow therfore needs religion to get him through, and after Sue made her valid comments, she told her to keep those thoughts to herself! (Pot. Kettle. Black). The only person who made any sense that episode was indeed Sue, and even then the writers buckled under pressure and made the only lukewarm atheist there, back down in their belief, and swallow the religious bull$h!t that the episode was desperately trying to make the audience swallow. I felt uncomfortable how they elaborated that it was becasue of God that Burt managed to pull through. Quinn (who instead of supporting Kurt, had a go at him for his views, all the while superiorly wearing her little gold crucifix as though she was somehow more pure) Mercedes, Rachel (the whole I want to raise my children with my religious views, not matter what your views are, with no argument from Finn who sat there and took it like a robot: what a though provoking debate that was!), Finn, Santana, Emma et all were all unlikeable, selfish and self-absorbed (Finn, his whole "I believe in God now, because I saw him in a grilled sandwich; but now a week latter I hate him because he didn't listen to my pathetic problems and was SHOCK HORROR not the one who got me the chance to touch Rachel's boobs, while all the while I should maybe have been praying for my dying father figure instead"). Another point is that the song choices are getting worse and the lyrics increasingly taken out of context, a big example being "Hold Your Hand" however beautifully sung it was, and touching the flashbacks were (the highlight of the episode), the song is about the longing you feel for someone after you have just fallen in love with that person (err not the most appropiate song to sing to your dying father). Or how about Rachel singing "Papa, Can You Hear Me?" (where the singer in the song is supposed to be singing to their dead father) to her frenemy's still very much alive father (not the most comforting song to sing now, is it?) What If God Was One of Us was also, funnily enough, taken out of context too: instead of looking to God to find love and peace, you should find that in the people you love around you, the complete opposite of the actual message the episode gave. So the only one who gave any decent reasons for not believing in God, Kurt, was made to look like a mental patient and a bitch, was didn't know what he was saying because he was distressed, while Mercedes who gave the crackpot reason to believe in God, was made to look like this was the obvious answer to solve the complex isssue, with some emotional choir music to back her up. Clearly not biased then.
