elesha moses, husstle, gamu and paije and they will not face the public vote, they will be genuine contestants with a different mentor Nicole Sherzinger

Well it was always going to be one from each category .... but I'm suggesting its actually two from each category. And I've heard from the 'overs' its

Yulis and Wagner

.

I'm growing tired of X Factor, last night just proved how fake it really is. I think talent wise they peaked the year Alexandra and JLS took part, such a fantastic series

All games, fixes and set-ups aside ... Matt and Rebecca are at least as good as any former contestants including Alexandra and especialy JLS.

I must be so behind the times ... am I the last to find out that Mary is an aunt of Nicky from Westlife? I know it doesn't make any difference as she's not got a chance in hell of winning ... but I hate being the last to know! Me being an oracle and all!

Oooh I like the sound of Nicole being given her own groups to mentor! But why should she get 4 of them, whilst the others only have 3? Unless that's why they all pick 2 from their categories?

Maybe it's to make up for having to scrape the bottom of the barrel?

Apparently Simon has been spotted meeting

Craig Saggers, one of Diva Fever's members

So, if this is true, I think they are dating. Simon would never pick that rubbish 'group'

Love to read the fake rumours in this thread. :naughty:

Well he wouldn't pick Twem because they're not very strong

He wouldn't pick the Reason because they'll interfer with FYD and 1 Direction's voting base

He wouldn't pick Husstle....because they're basically Kandy Rain V2.

He wouldn't pick that Prince one because they're very forgettable.

and I can't even remember anyone who I didn't mention. Diva Fever makes perfect sense since there's nothing like them Simon has in his group already.

Just got around to watching the Ablisa audition. My friend told me there was a "fight" but it was only a petty smack. :(

I'm getting sick of all this Gamu sh/te. The whole thing was planned from before this series began its run on TV. I'm even beginning to feel sorry for Cher and Katie .... duped into playing the evil Ugly Sisters to Gamu's Cinders in Simon's Pantomime ... Singerella! I've done my rant on DS ... can't be bothered posting it again.

Make no mistake ... Gamu will be in the X-Factor this week ... if she goes on to win ... I'll be bloody annoyed at people's stupidity! It probably wouldn't be so bad if she was a brilliant singer ... she isn't!

Rebecca or Matt pleeeaaaaase to win!

I actually don't see the fuss with Gamu. Yes shes a good singer, but would she really be that successful after the show? I doubt many of the people saying they want her in the final 12 would even buy her music.

As much as I don't really like Katie, I think she has more of a chance of doing well

If Gamu had got through to the finals legitimately (she will do anyway ... but by this media-driven way) she wouldn't have made the impression that she's making now. This way ... it generates more publicity, more revenue, more power for the Dark Lord.

By the way ... all the contestants sang two songs at the judge's houses. Cher made a bollocks of both of hers (she was unwell though). Katie's other performance was reportedly 'note perfect' ... but this one was edited out in favour of the tearful fluff up.

Gamu reminds me of Rachel Adejei (or however you spell it) and Alishab Bennett, all very good singers, but in no way 'amazing' and I reckon Gamu would have been voted off around the 3rd or 4th week if it wasn't for all this hype, it is obvious she is gonna be in the finals somehow!

The fact of the matter is TreyC is FAR superior and hardly anyone is going on about what a 'travesty' it is that she didn't get through.

I think people forget that this is an entertainment show and is not necessarily about putting the most talented vocalist through. I mean if it was solely focussed on vocals lets face it Katie and Nicolo would not have stood a chance of getting in the top 12 (Katie is obviously there to provide the 'will she won't she crack?' and Nicolo to provide the 'Omg he is such a nobhead and awful person' card.

Only 5 of the 12 I wanted to get through got through but I'm not going 'OMG what a joke! blah blah blah!' its obviously what I expected anyways.

Rebecca is the only truly talented on there imo.

I LOVE this show, but I also Love to hate it. And I think thats actually what they want in a viewer.

Not sure how true this is, but it probably is fairly true.

Cheryl Cole was reportedly told not to pick X Factor's Gamu Nhengu as one of her three finalists due to fears that her visa may not be renewed.

Viewers of the ITV reality show have reacted furiously after Cole chose not to put Gamu through to the live shows, over 133,000 of whom have now joined a Facebook campaign.

"It was made clear Gamu shouldn't go through because of the visa," an insider told The Mirror. "Cheryl didn't have a say."

It is claimed that Cole was ordered not to choose the 18-year-old Zimbabwe-born singer over concerns that her visa would not be renewed, leading to her having to leave the country.

A production source said: "Cheryl didn't have much of a say in the matter. It was made clear that Gamu shouldn't be put through because they had issues with her, including the visa.

"A lot of people on the show think it's really unfair that Cheryl is taking all the flak as it was a group decision and she was just following orders."

They continued: "It's ridiculous the situation has got this far. It should have been knocked on the head much earlier on. Gamu should never have been put through to the Judges' Houses with question marks surrounding her visa.

"Everyone on the show has themselves to blame for not being straight from the beginning. Gamu not getting through has now become a bigger talking point than the 12 finalists."

An X Factor spokesman added: "Gamu's visa being processed was not the reason that she didn't make the final 12."

However, he apparently confirmed that the papers are still being renewed and therefore have not yet been processed.

Not sure how true this is, but it probably is fairly true.

Of course its not true just a big smokescreen.Gamu has been in the country 8 years there is no reason that her visa would suddenly not be renewed. It is also wrong to claim that Gamu has no star quality and would not make an impression. She sang Adeles Make you Fell My Love and it rocketed Top 5.

If Chery is being told who to pick then it proves the show is one big fix, Cheryl did not want Gamu period. If there were problems with Gamus visa she would have been dropped prior to judges house like that mad woman, Chloe Maffi etc.It is even wrong for anyone to make Gamus visa issues public.

Wish everyone would get out of Gamu's behind. Seriously! I mean she was so good they had to autotune her first audition!

Gamu is not even on the wildcard pick anyway but it is a shame that the shows producers did not think about how this would play out in advance. Gamu is only 18 and her private buisness is now so public it is very sad.

Does anyone know if it is true that Wagner is though as a wildcard? :o

I mean she was so good they had to autotune her first audition!

The whole episode was autotuned, and all the episodes after that were autotuned but they had to remove it after the autotune fiasco.

So the autotune is completely unrelated to Gamu, everyone would have gotten the same treatment if there hadn't been a big uproar about the autotune.

I never heard autotune coming into play during her audition anyway, you usually hear a robotic sound when they're out of tune right? Pretty sure there was none or at least very little of that.

that will probably be changed now after all this bollocks about people creating campaigns and stuff to get her in. I'm sorry but Cher really was unwell and you could obviously tell as she was speaking (not just in her performance) so Cheryl did the right thing to give her a chance as she should be pretty great in the live shows; it's that Katie one who messed up the most, messed up her first audition and now the judges house, how can Cheryl trust her? They're making out like it's Cher's fault (more than Katie)! Anyway Trey-C craps all over Gamu! I'm really getting annoyed with her hype. They're making her out to be the next Leona or something which she's clearly not.
