They seem to do it everytime one person performs a surprising rendition of a song. They milked 'Nobody Knows' with Rachel Adedeji last year, they did it with Annastasia and 'Make You Feel My Love' this year, and whoever performed 'Hurt' in that year. Oh and also they seem to milk 'Listen' for nearly every black female singer now too.

And 'At Last', I never heard one person sing that last year until Stacey Solomon's performance last year - and at this years auditions, every woman and her dog were singing.

I don't know why so many people want Katie to go. She's entertaining. OK ... I do feel that she is totally scripted and she is a plant in this year's series ... but however Simon Cowell got her in ... I'm glad he did. She's a whole lot more interesting than some of the others.

 

Now Belle Amie I agree with ... they've got to go.

I'm finding Cher a bit of a bore to be honest. I've been looking at youtube of her singing when she was in her early teens (and actually ... she does sing very well) but there was no trace of this 'gangsta luv'. She was singing Dolly Parton for chrissakes! Mind you ... when you're a teen ... you don't know what the f*ck you want to be I suppose.

Oh no at 1Direction! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't let them ruin it. Hopefully it's more in the vein of their 'Torn' performance as opposed to their 'Viva La vida' performance. Ah well. At least it'll hopefully get the song recognised again :kink:

Inspired? How is it inspired in the slightest? They've clearly thought, Oh, which big song can we take where Cher can look all cool and original and once again be a one trick pony with her rapping and mostly flat singing...
