Nope.

 

Closest to Patience is 'Patience And Prudence' who had 2 top 30 hits in 1956/7

 

Closest to Shine is 'Brendan Shine' who had 3 lower top 100 hits in 1983 and another one in 1986 (none made the top 75 though, so you could arguably not count that at all)
