Wow, that's pretty amazing, although I think Your Love is My Drug also went insanely high on US iTunes when the album got released, also with almost no promotion (does anybody remember exactly where it charted?).

Im not sure about pre-single but I know it peaked at #4

Blah Blah Blah was the highest peaking song on the album when it was released and that was #7. I think YLIMD went to the top 20 of the hot 100 that week as well.

I don't think Ke$ha can stay #1 looking at her airplay. Rihanna's new song is ahead, and as it sold more, that would have a better chance. Like a G6 will probably return to the top spot... or maybe Only Girl will get there <3

I hope Only Girl gets there. It really deserves it, but then again, people in the US still aren't accustomed to European dance music, so even if Rihanna sings on the track, and it's merged with pop, to make it more mainstream, it still might not get the chart position it truly deserves. :(

BEP are 30 already and Cannibal by Kesha is 35... bot will be top 3 in no time... and BEP on the rise on the airplay... so like I already said... another promised number 1.
