How can I see the popularity bars in iTunes 9 & 10?

Then select 'View' and tick 'popularity', alternatively, in the headings bar (Artist, Album, Time, etc), right click and select 'popularity'

Not to mention scores of other entries from lower down. There was about a 25% T1000 turnover from yesterday, whereas it's normally only around 10%! :(

 

Interestingly, it seems to be different tracks affected from the day before, as most of the big songs I checked on that 'vanished', have now reappeared.

 

If it actually affects sales, rather than merely their charting software, it might cause some odd movements in the charts tomorrow...

Having just updated, while it's not as bad as it was, there are still oddities - e.g. Empire State of Mind (Part II) Broken Down - Alicia Keys vanishing, from #106 yesterday, also Te Amo - Rihanna from #183...

Didn't notice that James Blunt has climbed to #32! :o Looks like out of those smaller hit songs lurking around the #40 area, (Blunt, Ironik, Peter Andre, Shikari) that it could be a genuine top 40 smash! :kink: Rather than getting their by luck.

 

Also I reckon The Saturdays could have two versions of Higher in the top 20, next week, although neither will probably make the top 10. They could make it when combined?

Wait... so HURTS have just vanished from the Top 150? I remember 'Stay' being at #113 and steadily climbing, now it's vanished from the Top 1000 completely Am I to believe this is part of the glitch?

No, that was an iTunes error, it's now to #95

hmmm i have a feeling Higher could do a Alex Burke of All Night Long and vanish for a while, while the other version leaps up the charts, they would benefit from top ten effect, and the Flo version should get a download from fans who want it to hit #1 - i have higher on headlines! so i obviously was never going to download the same version knowing the flo version would eventually be released.

They might delete the entire album and re-add it on 8th November, since it's getting a re-release then with a few more bonus tracks.
