Posted November 7, 201014 yr Black Eyed Peas are back again with their first single off of their 6th studio album 'The Beginning'. This is released on November 29th and with a rumoured X Factor performance will they be able to re-create the success of 'The E.N.D' era. Personally I hate it but its The Black Eyed Peas so will probably be a hit... BBP/IGAF sized hit though? I am not sure about that. D7K3wFXJFsQ
November 7, 201014 yr It's good, just doesn't seem to have the feel of a classic hit like i gotta feeling or boom boom pow
November 7, 201014 yr #2 or 3 but mostly thnx to the X Factor (they are performing in 2 weeks it seems).
November 7, 201014 yr Who produced it this time? Sounds like a cross between David Guetta and Benny Benassi
November 7, 201014 yr I voted top 3, doesn't sound like much of a hit to me. I won't rule out #1 though, I'll never underestimate them again after the incredibly boring and quite frankly, awful Meet Me Halfway got to #1 selling 100k... -_-
November 7, 201014 yr It's truly rubbish, but it will probably be #1. That said it may drop embarrassingly fast - but I guess a slightly faster than average drop is more likely.
November 7, 201014 yr Not as good as any of the End's singles...but top 3 with an average stay in the top 10....sell around 300/400k me thinks.....nothing huge. I bet their 2nd single will be bigger, much bigger.
November 7, 201014 yr Top 5? Though #1 wouldnt suprise me too much either. This really is appallingly awful though, I went off them a bit in the last era (Yes. I know. I was the only one.) but it's a bit dissapointing they've now become a group who can record anything and get a hit on name alone now (as proved by this $h!t).

I hate it when people stop making good music because they are big names. This isn't the case with the Peas however they are still great hopefully like the 2009 era their second single will be even bigger (and not a cover). As their album is out in the US soon I'm guessing their 2nd single will be chosen by the public' downloads (a bit like LTWYL for Em)
November 7, 201014 yr It is a huge club hit but it is a poor song. It has nothing on IGAF; it is more BBP style but it is not that distinctive. When it starts you feel like it will be a huge hit but later on it gets boring it is just the shame ding dong sounds here and there. It is a grower but it is not much of a song really. As I always say it is their first single so I expect it to be big. It will depend on the competition... I believe it will go top5 but I am not sure whether it will make it to the top or not.
November 7, 201014 yr I always thought BEP are quite credible and inventive but I think their new single is one of the worst I have ever heard. It won't flop unfortunately :( So autotuned and uninspiring! Went downhill with this.
November 7, 201014 yr Ironic to say "not a classic hit" when its actually sampling one! Bit of a cheap shot but I like what they've done with it. Surely a no1
November 7, 201014 yr What a let down after 'BBP', 'IGF' and 'MMH' :( it'll be a hit nonetheless. I voted for Top 5, if they have an X Factor performance I reckon #1.
