A huge long shot, but I really really hope Sonny J's 'Can't Stop Moving' gets a boost after The X Factor performance tonight. It never became the big hit it deserved to be, only getting to #80 on original 2007 release and #40 when re-issued in 2008. Such an upbeat summery tune, being released in two wet summers probably didn't help :/

TT #2! Gutting that this song won't be a UK #1 yet Greatest Day was...

I really don't get why so many people are comparing The Flood with Greatest Day and Rule The World, it's not even in the same league as those two, it's very very average, disappointed they couldn't come back with something a bit stronger

 

It's a league ahead of the mundane Greatest Day imo. Not quite as good as Rule The World granted.

 

As a sidenote, that Alistair Griffin song is actually really good, not too dissimilar to a Take That sort of song, with hints of Embrace too. It could be better still if he gave it to a better singer though, his vocals aren't particularly distinctive. Apparently it was played on the closing credits of the Formula 1 coverage, hence its appearance.

What's the difference on iTunes between JLS and Take That? Would be interesting if TT overtook JLS. Not remotely surpried that Westlife are still outside the top 10. Could 'Safe' be their first single to not make the top 10? :D Don't cha just love the download era? :lol:

EDIT; Just read gooddelta's reason. Interesting how Formulae 1 closing credits music can get you #47 on iTunes. I await the inevitable plummet tomorrow. :P
