(39) Ellie Goulding - Your Song

Good remake of Elton John's now 40 year old hit. its her best tune to date

Teenage Dream is so old now
This hasn't done as well as some made out it would!

Album sales didn't help it. If this and CG were the other way round they'd have no doubt had similar runs at similar times.

Album Discussion Here

So Shakespears Sister have gone from 12 to out :o

Wish Adele was out too. -_-

No Love really is stuck in the lower charts isn't it... really glad though as its the worst thing Eminem has released ever.

Edited by Davidson

I managed to avoid N-Dubz - Best Behaviour until today, I wish it could've stayed that way. :(

Awful act, what is their appeal exactly? :puke:

Dappy is releasing solo stuff next year :(

Multi-talented R&B artist, songwriter and producer, Taio Cruz signed a US publishing deal at the tender age of 18. Hailed as 'the new Babyface', the precocious Londoner earnt songwriting credits for Usher, Mya and Britney, and worked with Jazze Pha and Rich Harrison before his first release. On his debut album DEPARTURE (2008), Cruz inevitably shone in every department. From sweet and smooth vocals to the crisp and slick beats, DEPARTURE boasted individuality and style, and included the UK top five hit single "Come On Girl", a duet with Luciana. - HMV

I had hoped shakespears sister would have managed 1 more week top 40 but it was nice to see this chart run add roughly 40,000 extra sales to a brilliant song. Looks like ellie golding will have her 2nd biggest selling singles with this and hopefully boost the album sales.

New Jersey hardcore band My Chemical Romance achieved a surprising degree of success with their Goth-tinged, woe-is-me take on punk. Labelled everything from emo and pop-punk to post-hardcore and screamo, My Chemical Romance are one of several bands from the early 2000s that created a potent, commercially viable blend of all the above subgenres. By also adding touches of metal, glam, and other unexpected sounds, the band has managed to keep things fresh and entertaining amidst all the angst and black eyeliner - HMV
